In 2023, Prime took on management of our building as part of us Leaseholders forming an RTM. It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with Prime since day 1 (including through setting up the RTM and transfer from a previous horrendous property management service). Natasha has been looking after us for the last year or so and is always thoughtful, practical and helpful in resolving the various things we've needed to manage our building.
