Her management of the contractors and process has been very efficient and effective including overcoming problems. She has been prompt and responsive and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Hi, I contacted Anita at Prime Property Man. as regards an issue with a replacement Key, which l required quite urgently, it was nice to deal with Her & resolve the issue with the new key , it was also very quickly dealt with & I now have the key, thanks for that , regards John

I first reported leaky roof in Oct 23, by April 24 I had no progress so decided to become one of the Directors of the block in order to try and expedite the repair as the dirty water coming in was making my kitchen unusable. As one of 3 directors I involved myself with getting competitive quotes for budgeting purposes and to find an operative. Action was still slow but by Autumn 24 they were ready to appoint a roofer with a timescale around December 24. The chosen roofer couldn't do until March 25 so a more expensive one was appointed by Prime. Nevertheless work didn't start until Feb 25, a period when I had told Prime I would be absent. Scaffolding went up which is a little bit of a security concern for a householder who is absent. Nevertheless the roof work was done and appears to be a very neat job. I was informed by a friend that pigeons had got into my flat during my time away and it turned out the roofers had opened a high window from the outside and left it open. This was quite distressing from my position overseas not being able to do anything about it. Prime did sort out someone to return and close it but by then the pigeons had been there a few days and made a mess. Prime also arranged for a cleaner to come, and a pest controller. So to recap, very slow progress getting a repair which made kitchen unusable for over a year. To be fair, the roof is very difficult to access so it needed time to arrange scaffolding and permits but I felt it should have been 6 months max. Dealt with at least 3 different people at Prime during this time so I can't pinpoint who was efficient or who was not hence the mid review. Certainly action was taken fast to resolve the pigeon situation. The roofing work itself seems to be very good visually and no water has come in since. Very unhappy to have scaffold while absent though, and very unhappy to have pigeon mess indoors.

Dealt with Rosie Glen as part of Prime's out of hours service to do with a water leak. She was excellent in all respects. She listened to what I had to say, took really sensible actions, and communicated back what was happening. And she communicated further after the weekend. if only our Property Manager would communicate this fully.

As renters we're used to a bit of a queue when requesting support, but with Prime PM we've been positively surprised with how responsive and helpful they have been. On average we receive a response from the manager within the hour, and have had all requests satisfied promptly. Even whilst on vacation, the manager has been quickly accessible. The buildings and grounds are in great condition and well landscaped. It is a great place to live!

I had to call emergency engineers for the gas boiler. Unfortunately they got issued with parking tickets. I contacted PPM and explained the situation. Got a rapid response from Anita who resolved the issue.. no dramas. Thank-you Anita.
