The company is a nightmare to get off. I have been getting phone calls from the estate agent saying there emails are not being replied too and had no update from the solicitor in over a month. They asked for my wife's business partners bank statement, when they received the documents they said it wasn't good enough. I resent the same documents only to be told what has this got to do with the case. I emailed and asked to speak to a manager, I spoke to a gentleman and was told later on he was not a manager. I'm looking to log a complaint as I have had multiple issues with the company
Selling our flat after 25 years of ownership turned out to be a long and somewhat tricky process, but Ali at Premier Property stuck with it, and sorted out the necessary, kept us updated and answered all queries, even when the buyer's conveyancers seemed unnecessarily pedantic,so eventually we reached exchange and completion. The online process and app wasn't too difficult to follow, even for a 68 year old like me. I would recommend them if you are looking for an economical solution to selling or buying a property.
The on line experience was a challenge but was very simple to follow. Jamie was really helpful and completed the sale quickly in difficult circumstances. Would definitely recommend.

My solicitor Shannon Taylor was amazing. She called me and emailed me about every step that I needed to know. She was transparent and explained everything in the process. However our seller had a solicitor from the same firm and they didn't really do the job well. Luckily we managed to have a conversation with our seller, so we resolved the issues, as they got different information from their solicitor than I got from Shannon. The firm has so many hidden fees. £155 for completing within 3 days from exchange...£175 for keeping my money after a sale for a year, if any lease related cost pops up.

No delays through posting or awaiting postal documents to sign, letters of advice etc. Despite not meeting personally, I did not feel that the service was 'impersonal'. The service and completion was a lot quicker than the traditional procedure. Always kept up-to-date. Would use again. Thank you!
