Was very straightforward overall and completed on time. The only thing I would liked to have been better was more transparency around costs for the conveyancing service. As we were referred to PPL from the mortgage provider, we didn't get a quote for services and i think that would have helped. But in general everything else worked out fine.

Fantastic service and always on the ball with constant updates and information how things are progressing. 100% would use this company again. Never once had to chase any information. Brigitte especially has been amazing during this process.

Informed throughout the complete sale, Each step easily explained with the ability to upload documents via the computer or mobile phone. Only grudge so far is the charge of £100 for transfer of money, ie accept money from buyer and send balance to seller. I believe This is a bit extortionate.

Great service from Jamie Morgan and very easy app to use for uploading documentation. You can see progress on both sale and purchase via the app and when needed Jamie was always at the end of the phone and easy to get hold of. Would definitely use this service again

A very professional company. Constant communication. Immediate updates via the portal. Fees are not too bad. Very smooth transaction from my experience.

I really liked the app and found it easy to navigate. It’s quick to update when you have completed a task. They also call you and text you to prompt further action as required.

I found Premier Property Lawyers and especially Shirley Hague our lawyer to be good communicators and the system to be straightforward and easy to use.

We have just exchanged contracts and ready to get the keys this Friday- when original completion date was middle of August so extremely happy with Imrans help in getting completion done as soon as possible.
