Premier property lawyers have been excellent throughout. The process they use online is really easy, and speeds up the process with regards submitting & sharing information. Hats off to Hayley for being so patient with me, as the sale took a lot longer than expected. Thanks guys. I would definitely use you again

Claire Gibson was our solicitor and she was fantastic! Our house sale was quite problematic but Claire was always so helpful in guiding us through the sale. Claire was always really fast to respond to any emails or questions, and if I needed to speak to Claire she was very patient in explaining everything. An absolutely first class service. A massive thank you! I must also add that as Premier Property Lawyers use the eWay system this was also excellent for keeping in the loop of what was going on and it would prompt you with any actions needed allowing you to see the status of your sale. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic help from Rob Glover at PPL! A very last minute push as clients struggled to get together the require documents for a fixed rate ending in a couple of weeks. Rob was on it with emailing back and ensuring the case progressed smoothly, keeping me updated along the way and responding within 24 hours to my emails which was so appreciated. In the end we managed to complete and the clients didn't have to pay a month of variable rate interest on their mortgage.

Kelly Earp (Conveyancer) has kept me informed of the progress of the sale from beginning to completion. She is extremely efficient and informative. Using premier property lawyers has been superb with their easy to use online dashboard, where you can see what you need to do as a seller, having been emailed and messaged that you have 'tasks' to do. A great service overall and very cost efficient.

I was very happy with the the communication. Phone calls, text and email. It was more difficult for me to navigate the website ( I am a older person.) Donna Hale was very efficient, clear in her instructions and courteous. It is always good to speak to the same person every time, this saves a alot of time.

Just completed our sale. Krishna has been very supportive and professional through a long and frustrating process. I could not get along with the computerised online system so Krishna would contact me when anything needed doing and talk me through. I cannot praise her highly enough.
