Very stressful experience using this company to re-mortgage. Lots of different people managing case and mistakes not being rectified without multiple chasing emails (still awaiting a response). If I hadn't of noticed an incorrect redemption figure I would have lost a lot of money. Still trying to sort it out as no response to email.

As a first-time buyer, I was a bit nervous about the conveyancing process, but Amy Holt made things much easier than I expected! Their online portal was a huge help – it allowed me to track everything in real time, upload documents. For someone new to the process, having that kind of visibility and control was really reassuring. Amy was professional and efficient, and she guided me through each step with clear explanations. Amy picked up on many key legal points I wouldn’t have known to look out for and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Communication was mostly very good, and overall I felt supported and well-informed. The pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, and everything was clearly laid out from the start – which is important when you’re budgeting for your first home. I’d definitely recommend Premier Property Lawyers to other first-time buyers looking for a reliable and tech-savvy conveyancing service.

Big thanks to Laura Morris for getting us over the line during a turbulent sale/purchase, especially after having to step up to take over from a colleague who'd had to leave. The online platform works well (though the app doesn't) and dealing by post where necessary was quick. Hard to get to excited about the conveyancing process, but appreciate she got the job done and was friendly whilst doing it.

Everything went smoothly and was easy to see and follow on the online portal. The only reason I'm deducting one point is that there was so much information to read, understand, and follow through with, most of which was written in very 'legal' language - which is of course understandable, but also a little difficult/time-consuming to keep asking for clarifications - although Natasha promptly addressed al my questions, so thank you very much. I assume this would be the same at other firms, so it's not a comparison as such, but more feedback in general.
This is my second review and honestly using it to somehow attract the attention of someone at the company to move our case forward. Our conveyancer does not respond to my emails or voicemails or letters from our buyer’s solicitor. It the worst customer service I have ever received. Selling and buying property is stressful enough without being completely ignored by your solicitor. And we are paying for this service! It’s utterly soul destroying. Our mental health is really suffering at this treatment. We should be very near the end of the process. I don’t know why they can’t send an email to update us.

I have used several online conveyancers over the last few years and I can honestly say this is was the worse and most expensive and worse service . Communication was terrible hardly ever answered emails and had to leave several voicemails before I was phoned back , sometimes my call wasnt returned for several days and no one else to contact very frustrating . I can only assume the conveyancers are given more case loads than they can reasonably deal with . I did loads of chasing myself with lots of the issues. Selling a house is very stressful and this company made the experience a lot worse . I sent several complaints through there email process but even those just bounced back !

Due to the failure of PPL my young Daughter and I are homeless and PPL are withholding a significant amount of my sale proceeds. They have paid themselves and the estate agents, I’ve had to release the keys for my home with no money and nowhere to live. They have since not contacted by phone once to discuss and I’m extremely upset and worried about where my Daughter and will be living. It is now 4 days since they demanded I complete the sale and have retained all of the funds from the proceeds of the sale!!! Absolutely appalling service and lack of knowledge and duty of care. I recommend you avoid and find a conveyancer with more knowledge and duty of care to the clients.
