Christi has been as efficient as is possible within a system that produces hurdles at every stage. (i.e. house sales). She has kept me informed at all stages since her involvement in the process began and rang me back if I had a query & left a message.
Sophie handled our sale and purchase by providing a very professional service. She kept us up to date with the progress. She was always available and when she said she would come back to us with answers she always did. The whole process was so simple with guidance along the way. Can't thank Sophie enough. Amazing service.
The first few weeks were not great, we found it difficult to obtain responses to phone calls and emails. This however improved during the course of the process and our solicitor became very responsive and were called upon to mediate with extremely difficult solicitors who acted for our buyer. As a result the transaction took twenty two very long weeks.
Diligent and attentive. We've been very impressed with Amy so far. Whilst very professional we also find her very personable. She is diligent with great attention to detail. Hopefully this will continue. It's a long and sometimes frustrating process but at least Amy seems to have our corner!
For me the online is very handy as can complete forms and return quickly without posting. For my dad who doesn't do computers it has been very stressful for him and meant me doing his part of the forms as well as mine

We have used premier property lawyers and so has our buyer, process has been incredibly slow, our solicitor has been good at getting replies and all sorted, our buyers has been shocking, been with them since March, I have been chasing and chasing to no use. Managers won’t call back as promised, follow ups ignored, impossible to speak to anyone with authority to get it moving any faster. Has cost me additional money and I have been the one chasing and getting answers to enquiries. Very disappointed
My experience with Premier Property Lawyers as a buyer has been nothing short of disastrous. Despite the entire property chain being ready to proceed, my conveyancer caused significant delays by failing to communicate with the seller’s solicitor and the property agent. The situation became so bad that the seller instructed the property agent to put the property back on the market — all because my conveyancer was unresponsive. Repeatedly, I tried calling and emailing to stress the urgency of the situation, yet my concerns were completely ignored. Calls went unanswered, emails were not replied to, and there was no sense of accountability whatsoever. Buying a property is stressful enough without having to chase the person who is supposed to represent your interests. Their lack of professionalism and communication has jeopardized my purchase and caused immense emotional distress. Shockingly, there was no clear complaints procedure or way to escalate the issue internally — leaving me with no option but to share my experience here. I strongly advise anyone considering using Premier Property Lawyers to think twice. Poor communication, zero urgency, and complete disregard for the client's situation — this is not the service you deserve when making such a significant investment.
I can't speak highly enough of the service that I received during the process of my Transfer of Equity. Daryl Wyatt was highly professional, fastidious and very communicative. I have had some very poor experiences with conveyancing previously, ie having to chase constantly for answers. But that wasn't the case here - I knew exactly where we were in the transaction throughout. I will definitely use Premier Property Lawyers for any future conveyancing work,
