Fast, efficient and online. Initial delay in ability to secure initial appointment as non available. the case now allocated to different person Giancarlo Cunliffe and its really picking up progress with great professional response, clarity and friendly manner. Eway is straight to follow and great to not only see progress and outstanding actions but also provides an overview of the process
The hole experience with this company has been terrible for sight enpard you need to look how you do this just terrible. and for people who have anxiety the confidence off texting is wrong and when you phone to explain this on helpat all ,but the staff were perlite

We used this company 8 years ago and they were great, helpful and efficient on our move across country. Fast forward 8 years and our experience was shocking. Communication was dreadful, first Conveyancer just disappeared, they didn't even start the process for our purchase and our seller nearly pulled out. Second Conveyancer was initially OK but then also disappeared, leaving us between exchange and completion with questions and i had to call every number i could find online to talk to someone. Emails ignored, calls never returned. No one even knew if my Conveyancer was on holiday or not. eWay was not kept updated which was frustrating. We was left researching everything we were told and mostly the information was wrong - they didn't seem to be able to interpret the difference in rules in Wales. Left me very stressed and i am still recovering 3 weeks later. Our purchase was fairly complicated - but our sale was straightforward - they were not very good at either. Since completion we have received calls - up to 3 a day - asking for a review, wish that level of communication was there when we needed it. The positive reviews I am reading seem to be about a different company as my experience was so different.

Waiting for response from phone call from Friday afternoon until Monday late afternoon. I was trying to do as requested and pay land registration fee.
Overall it felt like a professional service, somewhat disappointed that most contact was through emails rather than a more direct personal telephone conversation. As this is a service most people will only use a handful of times it’s hard to compare. The online portal made it clear what was required though it meant if one of us had looked at an update the system the other couldn’t easily tell what was viewed by whom and when. The rush towards the stamp duty change meant momentum was lost in the chain, we could have completed a month earlier than we did.
