Delighted with our pillows. We purchased both the firm and soft. Both were equally soft and so comfortable. Family staying over commented on how comfortable they were too!

Great items, daughter purchased from them first then we bought the lot. Was shipped quickly and must say nice items of bedding in striped white covering for the duvets. Ordered pillows that are firm these are very firm. Also got the soft ones and my preference is these. Good quality now waiting to order my bed from you. :)

Easy to order and fast delivery

Our pillow becomes flat after sleeping for one night. That’s very disappointing. My partner is so excited but the quality does not meet expectations. Unfortunately, she is very busy with exams and can’t arrange the return, and this has wasted my money and didn’t turn out to be nice gift for her.

Pillows arrived the next day (on standard delivery!). Fab pillows, now I can have a premier inn good nights sleep at home!

Fantastic pillows and very quick delivery.

I always sleep well at Premier Inn and thought buying the same pillows was worth a try to help my painful neck. It works! Upped my deep sleep no end having binned my old pillows. Quality is great and zip pillow cases so hygienic.

Premier inn Handed over to Evri for delivery. Not received to date. Customer service helpful but no notification as yet to new delivery

The experience was very efficient and quick. The only improvement I would suggest is that it would be helpful to have on offer a pack with one firm pillow and one soft one, instead of either two firm pillows or two soft pillows.

Only had them a few weeks and they have gone flat already not what I expected for the price not happy with them at all
