Worst site ever I never seen before this kind of site never win nothing from this site they’re scammers they don’t let you win guys never join in this site

I am extremely disappointed with how PowerPlay Casino conducts business. I completed the full verification process and submitted all requested documents. Despite this, my withdrawals have been delayed for days with no clear explanation and no meaningful response from support. My winnings are currently inaccessible, and I am unable to withdraw my own funds. There’s about $46,817 that I just cannot get a hold of and everyday they keep delaying What is most concerning is the lack of communication. Emails go unanswered, timelines are not provided, and there is no transparency around why withdrawals are being blocked after verification has already been completed. They just keep giving me excuses about the payment team is reviewing. I’ve never had a platform that just doesn’t want you to get your money out. I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, but this delay is well beyond reasonable. At this point, it raises serious concerns about payout practices and customer protection. I strongly advise anyone considering depositing funds to be cautious until PowerPlay demonstrates that verified players can reliably access their winnings. I am still hoping this can be resolved promptly, but until then, this has been a very poor experience.

Trash customer support, not helpful whatsoever. I filled out a survey with the promise of compensation of 50 free spins, was never notified that they were credited to my account (this was like, 6 days after completing the survey), had to find out myself conveniently “after” they expired. Chat continues to double down saying that their hands are tied, too bad, and continue reiterating the same crap, insinuating that it’s my fault for not knowing they’d been issued? How was I supposed to use something I was never informed were there? Anyway, super disappointed, not too sure why it’s so pressing to just reissue the spins and move on. I haven't punted, here, much; but, only because I like only certain game studios, to have begun with; and I hadn't studied this place, enough, the few times I'd been there, thinking just that, PERHAPS, they might not have had as large a selection as I'd have preferred. I thanked the gentleman; and, had told them, in the comments section, which is made for the commenting on the experience given by the chat; I wrote that I will have been coming into a tiny touch of monies shortly thereafter and that I will remember them for doing something that casinos don't need to do which is provide these courtesy gestures; and that I would return to thank them by playing with them and giving them my loyalty and attention, in the least. And so today is that day, whereby the funds have came; and I'm about to go deposit there. Reddit is filled with cranky people I find and they're very group think enabled now they don't have the best things to say about this establishment but they don't have the best things to say about any establishment and I am saying this only because I intend to kind of see whenever it might happen how the withdrawal process goes at this establishment because that is probably my number one priority but because they stunned me with their lovely nice random bonus I will have to trust that they are within four hours like most people say and that they can even be quicker. They've screwed me in the past as I covered in a review; Neglecting to credit my account with a promised bonus and failing to even respond to my inquiries... They've done it again. Very small, but a bonus was promised for completeing a survey and SURPRISE! No bonus granted and email not working on their site to bring up the matter (Not that they'd address it regardless)... This site is a scam, every review u read is fake, they don’t even give you fast withdrawals at all, the live support is super disrespectful and they don’t help u whatsoever, I made an account I did a $50 deposit I’ve won and went to make a withdrawal when I did they asked me to verify my identity through Flinks and connect my bank? Which I thought was a little suspicious because any other gambling site they do not ask you to do that. Then everytime I tried to talk to live support they tell me oh processing times are between 7-4 est which is weird when I requested my withdraw at 11:22am and I waited 24 hours nothing yet. Then I msg them again after waiting over 24 hours and they tell me “oh message before 4pm” they tell me they’ve sent my request to the “payment team” but they’ve never done anything about it. This whole site is a complete scam and no wonder no one’s heard of it. Don’t waste your time even creating an account with them

Site is glichy you cant turst anything that they put in bonus section for account I had a 15 dollers bonus bet and 10 dollers bonus bet on my available bonus I claimed the 15 dollers one and checked to wager it was not added I contacted support they acted like it did not excist after I took screesnshot of the 10 dollers one they credited me withthe 10 dollers one and said the 15 dollers one was "probebly in you'r old notifications whitch is not true it was clearly send to my bonus section I took screenshot but they compltly deny about other 15 dollers bonus bet and said we don't have anything more to add. I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. They will ding you for extra documents every time you go to withdraw, and then take days to respond to your documents. Not worth it at all.
