Trash customer support, not helpful whatsoever. I filled out a survey with the promise of compensation of 50 free spins, was never notified that they were credited to my account (this was like, 6 days after completing the survey), had to find out myself conveniently “after” they expired. Chat continues to double down saying that their hands are tied, too bad, and continue reiterating the same crap, insinuating that it’s my fault for not knowing they’d been issued? How was I supposed to use something I was never informed were there? Anyway, super disappointed, not too sure why it’s so pressing to just reissue the spins and move on. Genuinely makes me not want to ever play here again
