I am extremely disappointed with how PowerPlay Casino conducts business. I completed the full verification process and submitted all requested documents. Despite this, my withdrawals have been delayed for days with no clear explanation and no meaningful response from support. My winnings are currently inaccessible, and I am unable to withdraw my own funds.
