Just been to drop off a package at the Post Office in the Horsefair, Kidderminster. And the staff were absolutely vile! So pointlessly rude and unhelpful! We will be taking our custom elsewhere in future. If I could give 0 stars I would. Vile people.
We had a great postman last year, and then he retired, gone to pot since, I have not had any mail for weeks unless it was a parcel, they deliver at random times as well. I often get mail that is intended for someone else! This time I chaised the postman down and gave him the letter back that he had posted through my door. I’m expecting some important stuff as well! I want to express how wonderfully I was treated at Calhoun Ky post office. I needed a passport and didn’t know how to go about it. Dawn helped me on two different occasions. Dawn was very patient and helped me to get documents I needed as I didn’t know how to use the internet very well. She was very informative, wrote down contact numbers for me. Helped me to understand why I needed these documents. I am grateful to her. Please give her a raise, she is worth it!!!
Do not bank with the post office unless you never want to see your money again. It is impossible to transfer or withdraw your money. My husband has just spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone and online trying to transfer his money. We have just sent our third email regarding it and still no response.

Bakewell post office - terrible service with v long queues and only one person on the counter. This is the second time I have been in this week and the same each time. Other people were complaining. Did not stay as there were at least 10 people in front of me. Will go to Buxton High St PO where they are very good.
We are a business in a rural coastal location. Our business post should be collected every week day and Saturday. We never have a collection/delivery on a Monday and for 2 days now (Thursday and Friday) no-one has been. Then when we have a visit, it is around 4pm and the amount of post is crazy where it has obviously been stashed. The only time I seem to be able to guarantee a collection/delivery is if I arrange a Post Office collection from an online purchase. We would love to use 1st class postage for a First Class service. Sadly this hasn't happened in a very long time.
Posted a birthday card in Harwich to Wivenhoe, no more than 8 miles away, taken 11 days to get there, I could have walked there backwards quicker! The post office is a total disgrace and not fit for purpose. This is after myself and all the neighbours in my road having to collect our own post from the sorting for 8 weeks every day over the summer because the incompident manager could not sort his staff's holiday cover .
About Starch Green Post Office. AVOID this place if you can for any kind of postal service, it's just not worth it. One employee is kind and helpful, but the othet one is simply rude as **** and will just mess up your day with his behavior. Not expecting flowers or anything, but he was agressive in his behavior and just plain rude when I was simply collecting a parcel today. Looking at Google Reviews this place has 2.2 average rating of 5 and I can understand why. The man barks at you, is rude to your face, then speaks in a non-English language assuming one doesn't understand the rude things he's saying to the other person. Walk an extra 200 meters and get services somewhere else - you 100% won't regret it. One day this guy gets fired or gets in trouble for his horrible behavior.
its xmas so at Yeovil post office they have 2 tills open AND 2 SHUT . So guess what you have a long queue of mainly elderly and disabled (me) people who wonder why ? ITS ALL ABOUT PROFIT AND NOTHING ABOUT SERVICE . Tell me Yeovil Post Office why is this? Why do you treat your customers with such direspect and distain ? Why cant you provide a decent service even at xmas ?
Very bad attitude in the New Ash Green (Longfield Branch), no respect to closing time, inconviance to customers of the post office because they can do so! No audits or questioning; shame on Morrison and the post office to engage with such individuals!
