Very impressed with how Postbox-Courier works!! Much safer option for parcels out of the UK, coupled with VERY speedy delivery to South Africa.

100% recommended. Responds very well to email queries. Everything arrived at a reasonable price and they were happy to wait for multiple items and bundle it into one box.

The idea of postbox courier is a great one. The pricing is very good and so was the service. One thing that I did miss was the ability to track the package after it left the postbox courier warehouse. That would make this a perfect solution.

Having made use of other services previously, to purchase goods in the UK and the US, I have no hesitation in stating that your service has not only been outstanding, but has also been beyond comparison. On receipt of the purchased article, I remarked as such to my family.. What was so amazing, was that the parcel was delivered within a few days, directly to my home with no additional costs involved. The normal procedure I have become accustomed to, is that a parcel arrives at Customs in Johannesburg after about two weeks. Then I am informed to pay import and other duties before the parcel is released. Finally, I have to wait another few days for a notification slip in order to collect the item from the Post Office. The whole procedure used to take just under a month. With your service, everything was done and dusted within one week. It is my intention to also utilize your service in the US. My congratulations on an excellent service!

Their business model means that, instead of paying prime global courier rates between major centres plus the same again for consolidation, I get a customised solution based on their experience that takes advantage of local knowledge and prices. This has meant huge savings with no loss of service.

PostBox Courier is a parcel forwarding service that provided a solution to my problem: I needed an item that i could not get in South Africa. The item was available in the USA but that company did not ship to South Africa. I bought the item, had it shipped to PostBox Courier and then PostBox Courier had it sent directly to me. When I needed information on possible delays or delivery times, PostBox Courier was one quick email away. They responded promptly and had my parcel delivered to my door in an amazingly short time. I recommend PostBox Courier to anyone that requires a parcel forwarding service that's reliable and cost effective.

I have only received excellent service from Postbox Courier. I have used them a few times over the last year or so and have recommended them to lots of people. Many of my family and friends have also used them recently.

Many overseas companies do not offer shipping to South Africa and even if they do, it's normally a long lead time. Postbox-Courier comes to the party to bridge the gap and does this rather well. I just love my purchases arriving at my door and not having to go to the Post Office and then have to pay in cash for the duties and VAT. The US deliveries still take a bit long but once the goods arrive in the UK, it's just a matter of waking up the next day and waiting for that Berco truck to arrive soon after lunch. The website could be improved with better tracking options and the ability to label booked parcels but if all this increases the courier costs then I'm happy with the current set-up.
