I am a regular visitor at Wembley branch and I have my breakfast and lunch very often at this place. Today I redeemed my 4000 points for Chicken patty burger in the morning for breakfast and I even showed the Manager on Shift that I have redeemed my 4000 points and for the chicken burger and because of technical glitch from their end she was unable to find my order and she didn’t gave me the burger and she even told me yesterday also the same problem happened with one of the customer. I request her and she even knows me as I am a regular visitor but she didn’t give me. I have deleted my app on the spot in front of her and will never ever enter in this branch nor any of your popeyes branch as my day was started on a very bad note by your staff. 0 out of 10 for everything. Hope other customers don’t suffer because of the new way of redeeming points which is just a new way of making money and fleecing customers
If Popeyes Corporate ever wondered why customer sales have declined over the past two to three years, I, for one, can say that I stopped patronizing the brand after they removed their Cajun Rice from the menu. I used to go to Popeyes specifically for their Cajun Rice and would always order one or two servings to go along with my Spicy Chicken. It was one of the things that made Popeyes stand out to me. Now that the rice is gone, so am I. No Cajun Rice, no me!
Brandon ms restaurant Picked up family meal at 3:16 pm 9/8/26. Terrible. Too much crust and stale. Will give to dogs. ☹️
On September 5 at approximately 9:00 PM, I visited the Popeyes at 103 Lexington Cir in Peachtree City. After ordering an 8-piece chicken, I observed the cashier assemble packaging and touch the food-contact liner with unwashed bare hands before boxing the food. When we politely requested that the order be remade with clean hands or gloves for sanitation, the cashier snatched the bag, threw the box onto the warmer chute, and walked off. When I brought this to the attention of the shift manager on duty, she dismissed the behavior, stating the employee was autistic and that she "has 27 autistic relatives" so his conduct was excusable. When I asked for the cashier’s first name to submit a standard customer service inquiry, she refused, claiming company policy barred giving names. Another employee, Dylan, openly stated the company policy was ridiculous. When I began recording video on my phone to document the refusal of employee names, the manager walked off visibly frustrated and explicitly instructed us that fresh chicken was being dropped and to wait in the lobby. While waiting peacefully inside the store for our food as instructed, two Peachtree City police officers (Officers Smith and Massarelli) arrived on the scene. The manager had secretly dialed 911, falsely claiming to dispatch that I had been asked to leave and was refusing to vacate the premises (criminal trespass). The officers quickly realized the claim was completely fabricated after hearing the facts and observing the food handoff—where the staff sarcastically asked if they "needed to put on gloves this time." The officers de-escalated the situation, acknowledged the severe sanitation failure, and escorted me safely out to my car with my food. When I called the store phone number to speak with the General Manager to resolve this matter professionally, the exact same shift manager answered the phone, refused to facilitate contact with store leadership, and disconnected the call. Weaponizing law enforcement against paying customers waiting on an order—simply for requesting basic sanitary food handling and employee names—is dangerous, deceitful, and unacceptable. Fayette County Environmental Health complaints and official Georgia Open Records requests for the 911 audio and dispatch records have been initiated.
I visited the location on hwy 74 in Sorrento, La.,. There was only one worker in the front and two doing the cooking. The gentleman on the front was extremely polite and courteous. He accommodated he's patrons accordingly. The store number 4860. The employees name is Matthew. Thank you for providing amazing service....
Top serveuse
I am writing this for The Store on Tammy Ami trail in Northport, Florida. It was the worst chicken I have ever eaten in my life. It was way overcooked. The beans were like soup and the biscuits were not cooked through. They were almost like eating raw dough. A little over 10 years ago I used to eat popeye's chicken for lunch, close to every day. And remember it completely different if you haven't eaten popeye. Chicken for a while, I wouldn't bother trying it. The staff was non-existent. You couldn't order anything. You couldn't ask any questions. You had no human interaction whatsoever other than handing you your food, and I was inside the store, not in drive through. I will never go to popeye's again.
I will be visiting this Popeyes on lobdell highway port Allen LA food was fresh and crew was polite
Tout pas de poulet il nous oblige à choisir des chose que nous n'aimons pas parce que ne veulent pas faire de la cuisine. Il faut pas venir
Good portions and good value for money Friendly helpful staff Food arrived promptly
30 minutes d'attente pour récupérer notre commande alors qu'il y avait juste 4 commandes avant nous. En plus c'était froid. C'est la première et la dernière fois qu'il me voit!
Mentor ohio location chicken old, smells and too hard. I called and was told when i stop in give my name. I tried the little too short cockeyed non American manger was rude and refused to honor because it was 4 days earlier and the week before. They have been closed to clean due to cleaning concerns.
(9/4) What is up with the female GM? She always seems to have a negative attitude. Customers wouldn't mind waiting so much if the atmosphere was more positive. (9/2) Great experience on Tuesday night with the male manager. He is always professional and great at customer service.
Ordered food on popyes app for delivery Food didn't get delivered And could not get a refund from Popeyes. You can not speak with anyone and no customer service! Rip off Spoke with store manager in pascagoula ms was told she would not refund my money for not getting the order. Scam Pitiful company
The Westland Popeyes is sorely understaffed and extremely slow. I sat in drive through for just over a half hour and only 2 cars actually moved from speaker to window. So I went in to get my online order placed and was met with everyone's waiting. I got here at 1140am and it is now just about 1230pm and still don't have my online order. I am sorely disappointed and will not return to this Popeyes again. And on top if it I have to be to work at 1pm. After 50 minutes of waiting finally got my food just to find i was missing food. The chicken i caught before I left the coleslaw i didn't catch until much later.
