I have had multiple issues with incorrect orders. This last time I ordered 3 two piece specials with 2 regular mashed potatoes. On arrival at home they only gave me 1 two piece special. Had to drive back, another 6 mile round trip. The manager said it was my responsibility to verify the order is correct before leaving the window, not theirs. BS. They should get the orders correctly and not blame the customer. Restaurant at Universal City Tx. Never going back.
The chicken the tenders was spot on eveything was fresh and delicios with the honey and cheese source. Well done to ZAK from ELK MILL hi served me was a professional man. And manners. Thanks
We were greeted in the brand new Colchester branch by a lovely man called Joe. He was incredibly knowlegable about the menu and able to help us as it was our first time at Popeyes. A lovely young lady named Ella was running the counter like a champ. Food came out perfect and very quickly. Smiling staff and a good atmosphere what more can you ask for. Highly recommend.
First time to order Online Mashed potatoes were real lumpy and cold; the fries they gave us were cold and The so-called chicken 'tenders' were nothing more than over-battered shreds. Also no untensils and napkins like thats the basic items for online orders how can they forget that.

Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird. Delivery by Uber Eats. The standout item was the wings, just perfect, they were devoured quickly, definitely ordering again. The chicken on the sandwich was very thick but juicy and tender. The only minor complaint was Luke warm, soggy fries but they had travelled to me, so maybe not their fault.

Just ate at the new popeyes in Colchester. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, the meal was fantastic. I’ll never be eating at kfc again. KFC tastes dirty in comparison now. I’ll definitely be going back. I can’t believe how cheap it was as well for the portion size!
Disorganizzazione massima e tempi di attesa biblici assolutamente non in linea con il tipo di fast food. Pos non funzionanti e li scopri in cassa dopo fila chilometrica. Tutto hype, da chiudere e rivedere la gestione e formazione e numero del personale. Non torneremo per scoprirlo
Bought large Cajun fries and a discord milkshake. Portion size of fries was heart breaking but milkshake was ok - five guys are much better :/
Great experience for us today, for 2 adults 2 baby’s and 3 kids and was great service and food for us all , the kids enjoyed the food which is great for the dundrum area ! As it’s hard to get nice food for both adults and kids in dundrum . The kids had a great experience even with colouring etc available. And also want to say the worker vash was so friendly and helpful and accommodating to us
Colchester high street restaurant is very unpleasant, very slow service, inexperienced rude staff, not serving food to tables and treating customers in unfriendly manner. Food portions are small and not well made. I don’t recommend at all.

I'm purposely leaving a low review because your staff need better training. Every single time I have made an order from Popeyes, the staff never put basic items such as tissue and cutlery inside the bag. The fast food industry is basic...food, tissue, sauce, cutlery. When you get that wrong constantly, I have to look at the entire company and question what else you're getting wrong.
Ordered a 14 piece chicken tender family meal and literally got 4 tenders. They were old and dry too. Terrible customer service all the way up the complaint ladder. Was given rewards points for my trouble. Popeyes used to be so good, I hate to see this from them especially. All the good places are bad now.
