Pony O Hair Accessories

Literally does not do anything of what it claims. It does not hold even the lowest of pony tails, and forget about working out with it! Seriously the worst hair tie ever, you can find better products at Primark!

I love all things pony o, I have incredibly fine hair, and am not very skilled in styling. But with the pony o there are so many new hair styles I can do now, that I never would've been able to before, or even thought to do. All the cute accessories, like bling rings and hair pins, are so cute.

Love these accessories. Complete transformation..finally nice to have some volume to my previous dull pony tails and buns. I've even got my daughter using them 😁😊

Absolutely amazing. I have fine, long hair and use to get a lot of headaches from wearing my hair up. Pony-o holds it up perfectly without pulling the hair and looks AMAZING!! Def not coming back to regular hairties!

Beware of cheap knock offs. I had issues with delivery but pony o Australia offered to resend at their own expense. That one got ripped and repatched on delivery but was taped up with nothing in the package! Again, they resent to me for free with a bonus hair tie I hadn’t paid for. Third time lucky and it’s a great product. But I can’t say enough about how good the customer service is. They didn’t have to keep sending at their own expense but they just genuinely wanted me to have the hair ties ❤️ Emily at pony-O Australia, you are an absolute gem.

Love my pony o as does my daughter, hair stays up all day (mine is shoulder length and super thicj daughters is 3/4 down her back and thin and wispy) no pulling no sore "roots" when you take it out and most of all no hair pulling when removing, a big selling part for my daughter. Delivery was quick and the tutorial you get sent definitely watch it will make all the difference. 100 % recommend and will definitely buy more.

Very comfortable, doesn’t pull my hair out like a regular hair tie. I use the pony o and bun bar every day and my bun stays in tact all day and looks so full! I will say, there is a learning curve, but pony o has TONS of tutorial videos and resources to make sure their customers are getting the best experience. It took me several tries before I got the hang of it but now I don’t have any issues. I would highly recommend watching their videos, especially if you are having any trouble. They have tons of ideas for styles I never would have thought of - their products are very versatile, you just need to watch the tutorials and practice a little! :)

I absolutely adore my PonyO. I have very curly long hair that will often go saggy with a normal hair tie. The PonyO stays up high all day long & I never need to adjust or tighten it. I just spent a very windy weekend on the west coast of Ireland & the PonyO was a god send for keeping my hair under control against the weather. I've also noticed that it doesn't pull my hair out when I remove it like a normal tie does. So it's 5 stars all round from me!

Took a few weeks to arrive. When they did I was disappointed. The pony-o won't stay put in my hair despite squeezing hard. It slides out my fine hair and you then can't pull it tight again like a normal bouble, you have to take it right out and start again. Not practical at work. The bun bar doesn't close at the end, I thought it would have a closing mechanism. It also falls off.

Bought the Pony O ans the Bun Bar , and especially with this one my hair look really nice ! I had a very good experience with the sales department . Due to the delivery delay, they refunded me the cost of shipping. Serious company ! 👌🏼

I love the pony o! I have a ton of hair but it’s fine so everybody mistakes it for being thick and I can’t believe how light it feels on my head in this!! It’s great that I can take my hair out and not lose a chunk of hair along with it getting caught up in the elastic. The accessories are an easy way to glam up your look quickly!

This company does not back their product. I purchased in January, wrote to them in September that it broke. The internal metal was no longer connected. Their answer? They offer 10% off the purchase of a new one and it is designed to wear out after so many uses. I barely use it! How is that good for the environment? Will not purchase more and do not recommend. Update 8/19/2022-response to PonyO: I didn’t use it more that 50 times and stored it flat. I do not recommend a company that does not back their product or help buyers. I did receive a call from the CFO today and he is sending me a new one based on my usage. I really appreciate the personal call.

I LOVE my Pony-O! I've had short hair (pixie cut short) for 34 years and then I decided I wanted to explore long hair. I was completely frustrated because I couldn't do anything and all the women in my family couldn't help because they had short hair all their lives and didn't know how to do anything with long hair either. I took a chance and bought a pony-o and bun bar because I wanted to keep my hair off my neck in the summer but I didn't know how to do a bun with a normal hair tie. I instantly fell in love with the pony-o because it was fast, easy to do, and secure. I fell in love with the bun bar because my hair looked full and was secure all day. The bun bar was so easy to do I managed to do it FIRST TRY!! Plus, no pressure headaches!! It feels like I unlocked a magical tool for long hair and I told all my friends with long hair to try it out.

These are truly amazing! I was skeptical. I figured I would get it and would have trouble using it because I’m am NOT good at doing hair. These are INCREDIBLY easy to use, and they just make your hair look perfect. They do not damage your hair or pull. They make your hair look so much fuller as well. I cannot say enough good things! Very happy customer!

I just love Pony oh! My hair is thin and fine now, I had never used to be it's been damaged a lot. Pony o makes me look like I have a lot of hair and it stays in for days if I sleep in it. Never had any problems with it falling down and I absolutely love all the bling! Just wish they would get red!!!

Was so excited to try this with all the good reviews I'd read but I was so disappointed when it finally arrived. Having spent loads on shipping I had high expectations. Doesn't hold my long fine, straight hair for long at all. Keep having to pull it tight as it keeps slipping down. Looks like it's back to hair bands again for me.

I purchased the bun bar and original Pony-O for myself and my sister, our hair types are quite different (mine on the thicker side and my sister's is quite thin, both medium length). We both found no advantage using the Pony-O; it doesn't hold (trying both the narrow and thicker designs), we're constantly having to re-do/tighten it during the day, the bun bar is also useless. An instruction booklet is included and I've watched numerous instruction videos, so we're using it as instructed, the product just doesn't work. After quite a bit of perseverance, they may as well go in the bin.
