Pony O Hair Accessories

Very disappointed ☹️ doesn’t work, hair stays in place for a few minutes then drops out. Difficult to put in wouldn’t recommend save your money!

I was disappointed at first as it’s quite hard to get the hang of it but definitely worth watching the tutorial videos and practicing. They are definitely more comfortable than hair ties and other hair accessories and much less damaging. The jewel covers are really nice.

Someone has got rich from coming up with this. And rightfully so! I have been waiting for something for my hair and its finally been done -good work!!! My hair is thick and long. Seems like a good problem to have but trust me, I always wore it in a bun all day. Now i can let it flow and looks wonderful. Worth EVERY penny! 👍

The hair products don’t work. I have long thick hair. I tried the hair clip couldn’t even get in through my hair.Tried reaching out to the company. Purchased this junk in April for $46.93. It’s now June and no response from the company. Don’t waste your money on PONYO junk!!!

So the bun thing needs a design modification so that one side is longer than the other. Being even it doesn't interlink well together. That said I love the pony-o. I have thick hair and I find it holds my pony tail very well. Best improvement is that I don't get a headache when pulling my hair back like the old style elastic hair ties. Great to see innovations in the hair design industry, well done

Not worth the money it’s a very hard rubber and hard to put in place. It took about 5 weeks to arrive. Threw in bin absolutely not worth it

I was really excited to try this product as I have very thick hair and often bobbles do not do the job and I have to use more than one. This product does not work for thick hair. It doesn’t hold the hair where you want it, it is even worse than a normal bobble and it’s also not very comfortable on your hair, the rubber causes a bit of friction and it feels a bit painful when you take it out.

Love love love my pony o hair bands I always get comments on how my pony tail looks so perfect or always get asked is that one of those pony o I say yes & people ask if they actually work & I 100% say yes!! I Have bought a few now even some for gifts for my girl friends :)

rather disappointed ... already the color doesn't match, I ordered brown and I received a very very light brown like taupe. I find that it's not pretty at all, it's rubbery so not very elegant in the hair ... The bun barz absolutely doesn't hold! The same for the pony-o... and it's very difficult to pass the hair through it. nothing extraordinary and it's very expensive especially when you buy it from France. I will not return it because the shipping costs are high and in the end even with the refund of the product, I will have spent exactly the same amount.

I don't recomment pony-o... especially if you have fine hair as I do... I have 1.5y old son and I bought pony-o that it will hold... not truth... I need to remake it every 20min or so. Bun equipment (forgot the name) is even TOOOOOO BIG for my fine type of hair. And if you randomly fall asleep with pony-o, it is a big headache because it is so hard in your head... Sadly I definitely don't recommend it, I was really looking forward to try it out p.s. I ordered slim version, anyway not working for fine type of hair

I've ordered two standard sizes pony-o. I had trouble getting my fingers in to pull hair through. I thought that maybe they'd accidentally sent the small size for partial ponytails. I've contacted the company twice through email and one voice message...no response. I've tried to work with it, but it does not squeeze tight enough to hold the hair in place. I struggle to keep it close enough to the scalp to make it stay in place. When I tried to bend the sides in, I don't have enough material to bend, which again is making me think it's a small size.... but I will never know since I don't receive customer service.

I love this, it doesn't hurt my head or pull. I just purchased another one and the bun, hopefully the bun will work just as good. Worth the money I feel

DO NOT RECOMMEND. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY. DID NOT WORK AT ALL. 1 STAR FOR THE PATTERN.

Purchased a pony-o standard and a 2.0 for my wife. They worked for about a month. After that they became a bit loose and no longer held her hair in place during activities like yoga or pickleball. During her gym workouts her hair would loosen up significantly, no better than her normal hair ties. Asked customer service for a replacement but since it was just outside of 30 days we would have had to pay shipping. Asked to return instead and was told that we would have to pay to ship them back. $4-5 shipping on two $8 items? I dont think so, not worth it. Needless to say we will not be purchasing any more of these. Return and exchange policies on defective items stink with shipping costs passed on to the customer after 30 days.

Terrible. Doesn't work, every 2 minutes slip, isn't simple to use and pluck your hair.

Very disappointed. Spent almost 25 EUR for 2 bands. At first, I was sure that they sent me a wrong size because the bands looked rather narrow. Then it appeared to me that I actually have no way of checking my order out. I never got a confirmation email, so I couldn't check what I ordered etc no more. However, let me assure you that the email I put in there was not wrong. How do I know this? Well let me tell you, I have in total 3 gmail accounts that I use for different reasons. I started getting ad emails to all of those after my purchase... Extremely shady. Not to mention, not knowing how to even review my order without any link, I have no idea how all those 5 star reviews ended up on their website, if you know what I mean ;). but back to the actual products: the ties don't hold anything. My hair is definitely not thick, rather normal/on the thin side. Sport is out of question with it. After 5 minutes it started to feel like it was pulling my hair... Also rather difficult to even put it up nicely to start with because the bending puts your hair out of shape at the front, especially, if you're into the tidy slick look. The fact that the reviews are either one star or 5 star is also telling. I wished I looked it up here before purchasing, rather looking at their own ads and reviews.

I got a total of 3 uses out of this before it became bent out of shape and unusable My own fault for falling for the tik tok trap! Waste of money
