Been using this for about 6 months now and it's handled everything I've thrown at it. Easy to assemble and the automatic oiler works great. Chain stays sharp longer than expected.

Much lighter than my old pole saw and way easier to control. The balance is excellent even when fully extended. Made quick work of storm cleanup last month.

No complaints about performance but the oil reservoir seems to empty faster than expected. Have to refill it more often than I'd like during longer jobs. Otherwise solid tool.

Works as advertised and reaches high branches easily, but the vibration gets uncomfortable after about 20 minutes of use. Wish it had better anti-vibration features. Still gets the job done though.
Does the job well for occasional use around the yard. Not the most powerful thing out there but perfectly adequate for trimming and small branch removal.
Wasn't sure if this would handle the thick branches on my property but it cut through everything like butter. The telescoping feature is smooth and locks securely. Very impressed with the build quality.
The saw itself works fine but I've had to replace the chain twice already after only moderate use. Seems like the chain quality could be better for the price point.
Even as someone who's not particularly handy, I found this straightforward to operate. The safety features give me confidence and the instruction manual was actually helpful for once.
This thing has been bulletproof for the past year. Used it for regular maintenance on several large trees and it starts every time. The automatic chain tension is a nice touch that saves time.
Great for smaller branches but struggled with anything over 4 inches diameter. The reach is fantastic but I expected more cutting power. Maybe better suited for lighter pruning work.
This pole saw made trimming my oak tree so much easier. Reached branches I couldn't get to with a regular chainsaw and the cuts were clean. Worth every penny.
