Ease of ordering and rapid completion

I have been using Phox for 2 years now and the water tastes great. I love the added minerals too, especially magnesium due to the health benefits. No weird taste to the water either and easy to clean/change the filter. I have had to delete the app though but the refill timer stopped working. It would notify me perfectly fine for months but one day I thought to myself "pretty sure its been more than 45 days since I replaced the filter" and when I logged into the app, it said my refil was overdue but failed to notify me. I wondered if id perhaps forgotten to reset the countdown... But it did it again. So I tested it with a shorter amount of days so it was fresh in my mind that i'd definitely reset the timer and yes, for some reason it stopped working as it should. Not the end of the world though as I just get Alexa to remind me and it's one less app on my phone!

A great alternative to other mainstream brands. Good quality, sustainable and really great tasting water! Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, fast delivery,

Just got my Wave with the softener filter and look forward to drinking from it. It was easy to set up , though it look me a while to make sure everything was as tight as it should be. Only slight query living in East London was that I was not sure whether to order the alkaline or the Softener filter as our water is very hard. I went for the Softener in the end, but fear it might take me a while to adjust to the new taste.

I love these filters. Good for the environment, the water tastes noticably better than tap water. The glass jug is great. The reminder app is great for remembering to change the filters every 45 days. You don't get bombarded with additional sales pitches. They just do what they do, very well.

Fantastic sustainable product

I am delighted that I discovered Phox! I live in a hard water area but hated the single use cartridges, even though I could recycle them. I have the glass jug for drinking water using the 'alkaline pack' as the taste is amazing. I now enjoy drinking water, instead of forcing myself to drink it. I also have the Wave jug and use the 'softener' pack to filter water for my kettle, greatly reducing the need to descale it. My only experience with the customer service team was about a cartridge that had split. Initially, I felt a little frustrated by having to take photos, upload and email them to the gentleman I was dealing with, and then get no response. When I chased it up several weeks later, the lady I then dealt with apologised profusely and I got a replacement cartridge sent out immediately. Overall, its a great Scottish company, with environmentally friendly products that actually work!

I have the slimline plastic filter jug. Have been using for 2 years. Am in hard water area and it makes a massive difference to the taste of my water and minimal scale in kettle now. Easy to refill cartridges and love the app with reminder function. Great product, great ethos and price.
