I have been a regular consumer of PHD Chocolate Brownie protein powder for so many years I almost cannot remember! I love the taste, and having tried multiple alternative products, I truly believe this is the best tasting chocolate flavour protein drink available. Also, the delivery is SO fast every time.

I have been buying the PhD Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate for over 7 years now. I used to really enjoy the taste as it was much better than other brands. However their “new and improved” recipe is terrible. Now it tastes just like the other protein powders. I feel PhD has lost their USP. Please change back to the original formula.

I love my subscription BUT I am now questioning whether or not to end it. The taste of the “new and improved” chocolate diet whey. It now tastes like MyProtein which is not a good thing as it has a chemical taste rather than the more natural one that I previously enjoyed. I have changed my subscription to vanilla crème to see if that is more tolerable.

I’ve been a buyer of salted caramel diet whey for several years, since it first came out. The “new improved” whey is nothing like the previous version - in fact nothing like salted caramel, very sweet & artificial. I’ve paused my subscription until I decide what I’m doing for future purchases but I do know it won’t be salted caramel flavour

Service & delivery is great, up till now product has been great & good value, but the new recipe for Diet Whey is horrendous. It's tastes so artificial, & leaves a terrible artificial sweetener taste in your mouth for hours afterwards, I think it's a case of them cutting costs to keep the price consistent, but it's just turned it into a inedible product. Such a shame as I've been buying for years & have now had to cancel my subscription.

Tried this last year 16 weeks before my holiday and lost weight. Trying it again and after 2 weeks of sticking to taking this already dropping lbs. I'm feeling better sleeping better more energy. Obviously you need to eat better drink plenty of water do some sort of exercise 2-3 times a week. Give it a go

I had an issue with a recent order where my favourite banana protein powder had its recipe changed — something I was really disappointed about after committing to a 2kg bag. This kind of thoughtful and personal response completely turned my experience around. It’s rare these days to feel genuinely heard by a company, and Beth made all the difference. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Note: I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I truly miss the old banana protein recipe. It used to taste like real banana — so natural and delicious. The new version and other flavours taste more artificial. They’re not bad, but nothing compares to what the banana used to be.

I have been buying PhD Begian Chocolate Diet Whey for years. Completely brand and product loyal. Am so disappointed by the "New and Improved" recipe. It is horrible: thinner, tastes chemically and makes me feel a bit sick. All of my family agree. Very disappointed.

Since changing the Belgium chocolate protein recipe the flavour has changed completely and doesn’t leave a nice taste very disappointed and is currently looking for a new product

The change to the flavour is not for the best. It’s overly sweet and synthetic tasting now. Much better and more natural vanilla flavour previously.
