Great tasting product mixes well with water or milk. Will order again next time
I’ve been a longstanding customer of PhD and they have great products. However, I feel penalised that because I opt for discounted renewal, that I am unable to spread the cost. I am aware that PhD don’t offer this for this subscription renewal, however I feel this needs to be reviewed.
I contacted PhD with a query about product quality, and Jonathan was very helpful and quick to respond. I felt reassured and glad I can keep PhD as my go-to protein powder

No issues with PHd and the experience of using their site is great. Fast Delivery and quick responses to any queries. The big issue for me is the changes to Phd Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate. New and Improved it is not! I wonder why you have made changes? Due to cost or sugar tax maybe, but it certainly can't have been tested with customers. I have bought this product for years and even talked it up to a lot of friends and family. The new taste is really bad and it can't just be down to personal preference. Please revert back!

New PhD Diet Whey Chocolate Flavour - new and improved? I really can’t cope with the new flavour, it tastes awful! I’m not sure I can even use the bag… please go back to the original flavour! I’m going to have to find a new supplier…
I have used this product everyday for years. I have the Belgium chocolate on a subscription. Well I have just cancelled it after tasting their “new and improved taste” it’s disgusting. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE PHD ?!?!?

The experience is great there is no doubt about that. The staff are great. I spoke to someone called Jonathan very calm, kind and helpful and helped me so much and resolved my issue. A great staff team! But I would necessarily same the same about the products
