Great customer service
I had an issue with a recent order where my favourite banana protein powder had its recipe changed — something I was really disappointed about after committing to a 2kg bag. I left a review expressing my frustration, and to my surprise, I was contacted personally by Beth from PhD’s customer service team. Beth was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. She acknowledged my feedback and reassured me that my comments were being shared with the product team. As a gesture of goodwill, she even sent me some new flavours to try — free of charge! This kind of thoughtful and personal response completely turned my experience around. It’s rare these days to feel genuinely heard by a company, and Beth made all the difference. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Note: I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I truly miss the old banana protein recipe. It used to taste like real banana — so natural and delicious. The new version and other flavours taste more artificial. They’re not bad, but nothing compares to what the banana used to be.
