Quick deliver - easy purchase - great product for topping up amand maintaining.

I purchased your smart protein salted caramel and loved it. It’s so thick and creamy too. I’ve spent a small fortune on various brands and flavours , most have a horrible aftertaste and end up binned. Will definitely use this again.

Had an issue with the delivery partner. PhD were very quick to resolve and support with the issue. Excellent customer service.

I purchased the White Chocolate Blonde protein bars, and they were completely inedible. The bars were rock hard, hurt my teeth, and left me with a dry mouth. I’ve tried many protein bars over the years, and these were by far the worst. To make matters worse, when I reached out to PhD Nutrition directly to discuss the quality issues, they dismissed my complaint, claiming it was an ‘isolated issue’ despite numerous reviews mentioning the same problem. They also tried to push all responsibility onto Amazon instead of addressing the clear quality problem with their product. the experience with PhD Nutrition was incredibly disappointing. I’d highly recommend avoiding this flavor — especially if you care about product quality and decent customer service. Update : Beth, Thanks for following up and for addressing my concerns. I really appreciate the better customer service this time around and the way you handled this. It’s reassuring to see a company that listens to feedback.

I have been trying the new PHD smart bars and found them very good in flavour. The milk chocolate hazelnut is balanced in flavour and softer than previous bars I tried years ago. When contacting the support service about products stock I received a personal email with an up to date stock list. I have known and tried PHD products since 2007.

The product doesn't mix very well at all - previous products have all mixed excellently, whereas this sits on the top and almost seperates.

Delivered on time with plenty of options on saving money with quality products.

I purchased the salted caramel diet protein it tastes nothing like what it says. Very bland and tasted awful.

The courier company you used, Evri, didn’t knock on the door or ring the doorbell and just left the package on my doorstep, from where it was stolen. I have followed up to customer services with an email but have not heard back.

PHD creatine and vanilla protein is superb. Lovely and fine, easy to mix if using in shake or adding to food, and tastes good.

Unbelievably there are a lot of "out of stock" options! :(

I told you that you should stop asking me HOW DID WE DO. I said I would give one star and a crap review. So just bloody stop!

I have ordered phD goods because I know the quality, however, their courier options are poor. Evri have lost my previous parcel by just leaving it on a doorstep, they have now not delivered on a package ordered on 12th February and no longer responding to my emails or contacts. As such, I won't be purchasing again.
