Great product, awful delivery
It's a great product, but very disappointing that they charge for delivery, which takes three days, and they use Evri, which is probably the worst courier in the UK. I always have problems with Evri. And this latest purchase from PhD, on the third day I got an email from Evri saying "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel", even though I was in all day. The "photo" the driver took was just a black screen, which to me suggests that no attempt was actually made. So I paid £4 delivery to get my protein powder 4 days later.
