I have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending the Stratford-upon-Avon team of Peter Clarke & Co. From my first contacts to seek their views on market value and sales approach, through to exchange of contracts, they have been superb. Infinitely better at the 'first meeting' stage than any of the other 3 firms interviewed. Camilla Smith provided me with excellent advice and care about marketing and showing my property; taking into account my personal circumstances. Her expertise, and that of her colleagues, shone through when it came to reviewing offers from potential buyers. The whole team have been extremely attentive and professional throughout the process of my sale. Melanie Griffiths provided me with great support during the progression of my sale. I simply cannot fault this estate agent for any aspect of their operation. Communications were prompt, clear, and friendly. This was my first house sale in over 25 years and the Peter Clarke team supported me thorough it in a way for which I shall always be grateful.

We received excellent service on the purchase of our new property from Viv McAuliffe. Viv has done everything she possible could to ensure that our purchase completed liaising with the elongated and complicated chain. She has worked tirelessly on our behalf despite the purchase taking 11 months due to endless setbacks and the initial chain breaking down. We were provided with regular weekly updates on progress which were really reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Clarke.

The staff continued to keep their eye on the ball and support us and our buyers throughout what proved to be a difficult process - we lost 2 purchasers - third time lucky ! Everyone in the office was well-informed so we always got an answer even if the person we were dealing with was not available.
