I am entering a third year of letting my property out with Peter Clarke & Co and I will continue to do so as the quality of the service they provide is excellent. I chose the fully managed service and the lovely Emma Zyko looks after all the nitty gritty bits and pieces to do with the tenants, or if anything goes wrong with the property, and she handles everything with such a professional and emphatic approach; nothing is too much trouble and it alleviates any stress that I might incur should I be letting it out on my own. Emma has been an absolute star, and the rest of the team are also brilliant at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them from a landlords perspective.
