Outstanding customer service, the staff at the Stratford Upon Avon branch are friendly, helpful, fair and honest. As letting agents acting for my landlord, they have been transparent in dealing with problems and have made fair decisions in the interest of customer service rather than trying to extract more money. Great communication and organization has also been a welcome aspect of working with Peter Clarke.

We have been in our property for 4 years, with Peter Clarke as our agents (Stratford Upon Avon). I have to say our property manager, Emma Zyko, has been superb throughout. If we've ever had any queries they have always been addressed professionally and promptly. I would recommend anyone thinking of letting/selling a property to use them.

Clearly the negative posts on here for Peter Clarke, Leamington Spa are clearly from those who do not understand the moving house process and are poor communicators. These agents are in my opinion good, honest and professional agents and I would highly recommend. 😊

So I didn't even have Peter Clarke as my estate agent but had to deal with them as my vendor's solicitor. One agent in particular who I shall not name as I shall be raising a complaint against him personally. Utterly appalling lack of professionalism, incompetence and negligence that has left me financially at a loss. In short I asked to be allowed into my prospective property early to do some cleaning as the place was filthy. Request made a month in advance and then several times later. Request ignored until exchange done and then totally messed up as he thought I wanted a contractor to come in even though I stated i was doing it personally. Access to the property denied, lost a day of holiday, loss of cleaning equipment hire, entered my new property to filthy carpets and house. The worse was still to come. Agent communicated incorrect service charge to me by half! I gave incorrect figured to the bank for my mortgage and day before completion my solicitor won't allow completion until bank ratifies new expense. Another day off work to sort and I get to pay double the amount a year in service fees. On the day of the move the agent in questions leaves the office so he doesn't have to hand the keys to me. Coward. Appalling behaviour. Complaint to follow.

They handled my sale and purchase,and from the moment I contacted them they were always professional, knowledgeable and happy to help in any way possible to make what is a stressful time much easier.
