Unwilling to carry out a viewing ‘in the current circumstances’ unless a prospective buyer is already sold. If every agent did this then no one could possibly sell and the market would stagnate. Their response. “We’ve never been so busy”. The current situation is not likely to change in the next six months. Covid is here to stay and the good estate agents are working with their clients to minimise the risks, carry out safe viewings at no risk to the vendor and earning their % rather than sitting in the office and rubbing their hands together. Speaks volumes. Vendors beware you won’t get many viewings!!

Matt was fantastic at providing excellent support and advice the whole way through, marketing the property brilliantly, we had fantastic feedback, and negotiating the sale for us. He has a lovely approach, incredibly friendly but also very professional. I can’t fault the service, it was great. I am currently looking for a property to buy and have made several enquires with Peter Clarke Leamington Spa. I must say that so far the service has been excellent, with Renee Roberts and her team consistently keeping me updated and always taking the time to answer any queries I have. Certainly one of the best estate agents I have engaged with.

Would not recommend, staff left and nobody was picking up his emails! No contact and no updates unless I chased for information. Not even advised keys available for collection and a month since purchasing and we even had to chase to ask if did hold a key!

After a bad experience with Boothroyd I turned to Peter Clarke in Leamington who went above and beyond to sell my house. Renée and Matt were a pleasure to work with , highly professional, great communication and proactive they certainly are the best I’ve used at marketing and selling property. I highly recommend them.

If you would like to rent out a property to a squat or a drug den... then these are the agents for you! Doesn’t matter how much you complain... call the police... they literally don’t care. Money is all they think about. Not surrounding businesses, neighbours... as long as they get their commission the property is yours. Not forgetting in the middle of the global pandemic, they gave permission to gardeners to enter though the front of my property and climb over my wall. As a shielded person myself, quite frankly I’m shocked they would recommend people to enter my property without consent, without thought, without care. Clearly this company conduct their business following no government guidelines. And have unscrupulous morals.

We used the local branch for our recent house sale in Wellesbourne and what a lovely team they are. Our property negotiator Viv acted very professionally at all times and was very patient when dealing with any queries we had. She also kept us informed every step of the way even though we had some long delays due to Covid-19. Mark the branch manager was great for chatting with, nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate in using this Company again should the need arise in the future.
