It was assumed my house would be easy to sell but that was not the case. I always had an enthusiastic response from the team when I called to find out why it wasn't selling. If Barney was not available there was always someone else who knew the history of the sale which I found reassuring. There was nothing that was too much trouble over the time it took to sell the house. I remember feeling calm and happy during that episode of moving.

This is the second time that I have used Peter Clarke, and would so again. All the team at the Leamington branch were really helpful and supportive. This was quite possibly the worst buying experience I have had with an incredibly difficult deadline. The stress I experienced was like very little other times in my life.
