You have all been great. This Executor’s sale has been protracted but that’s no reflection on Peter Clarke. All down to Covid. Apart from one glitch when an instruction was not acted upon this has been a good experience and Matthew was amazing when an unjustified renegotiation had to be sorted. I have recently sold a flat with Peter Clarke that had been under offer for 9 month, due to problems with the sale rather than any fault of their own.. Throughout the whole process, they remained patient, responsive, helpful and gave great advice. I cannot remember ever having to chase them and they constantly went above and beyond. I was delighted with the whole service and would definitely use them again.

This review is concerning the Henley-In-Arden branch and more specifically Megan the Sales and letting Director. I have been a tenant of Peter Clarke’s since October the 7th and I can safely say I have never received such poor service alongside such a horrendous attitude. I have been living in a property managed by Peter Clarke for 3 months now and still do not have basics means to live in the building - I do not have council bins, I do not have WiFi, I have received no proof that my deposit has been registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme, I have not been registered with the council or with utilities companies. This is despite Megan advising me that she would be handling all of these services and having various reminders from myself. I am halfway through my tenancy of 6 months and I still feel like I can’t move in properly. I would highly advice NEVER renting through Peter Clarke Henley-In-Arden. None of my issues have been resolved and I am currently receiving legal advice in regards to my deposit and my treatment. If you value your happiness and sanity I would avoid Peter Clarke Henley-In-Arden like the plague.
