No basic facilities 3 months in.
This review is concerning the Henley-In-Arden branch and more specifically Megan the Sales and letting Director. I have been a tenant of Peter Clarke’s since October the 7th and I can safely say I have never received such poor service alongside such a horrendous attitude. I have been living in a property managed by Peter Clarke for 3 months now and still do not have basics means to live in the building - I do not have council bins, I do not have WiFi, I have received no proof that my deposit has been registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme, I have not been registered with the council or with utilities companies. This is despite Megan advising me that she would be handling all of these services and having various reminders from myself. I am halfway through my tenancy of 6 months and I still feel like I can’t move in properly. I would highly advice NEVER renting through Peter Clarke Henley-In-Arden. None of my issues have been resolved and I am currently receiving legal advice in regards to my deposit and my treatment. If you value your happiness and sanity I would avoid Peter Clarke Henley-In-Arden like the plague.
