Peak shoes are fantastic and are offered at a great price. Their customer support is very good. I will buy from them again.

The sneakers are absolutely the most comfortable ones I've ever worn. I've ordered them again even tho I've had a problem with my first order. The company seems to be working it out, but as I said, they are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn

BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!! I learned the wrong way. They advertise “designed in America”. But they sure are not sold and shipped in America. Delivery time is awful. But what’s worse is customer service. Two pairs did not fit. We followed directions to measure the foot. Still got wrong size. Then 3rd pair was for me. I wear and ordered ( in their shoes that I own no less) a 7.5. I was sent a 9. Upon contacting them they told me all was my fault. Then offered me a 40% discount to reorder and dump the shoes rather than return telling me that process was costly… for me to do! I told them forget it. Then they offered 50% discount. Again I said forget it. Then they told me how to return to SHENZHEN. Where that is I have no idea. Then the wait was 90 days to be refunded ( if you believe that). So basically I’m screwed. I will say that my first experience was ok. But the shoes were same ones selling in Amazon for 1/4 the price I paid. I figured I just got beat. But liked the shoes though Obviously not made by Peak which they fail to declare. I completely 100% recommend Not buying from Peak. So Again……BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Ps. They want me to put the date this occurred. This was spanning May And June. It took that long to order , receive and go back and forth over this order!

I am having issues with the sandals as the band is much too wide for me but your customer service department (Jade) has been amazing in trying to help me through the process. Jade has been so polite and so efficient. I unfortunately don’t know if the mule sandals are a good fit for me due to the band but trying to soak them as indicated. Thanks for your great service. Fast delivery and I received exactly what was advertised. The barefoot shoes are very comfortable and have relieved my foot pain. I ordered several more pairs, for myself and my sisters. Other sites have barefoot shoes but these truly alleviate foot discomfort.

They're great shoes!!! They're comfy ridiculously lightweight and flexible and they get great traction. I love that they're actually foot shaped. I'll hit 70 in less than a month, so I've got a few aches, but I've only been wearing them for a couple hours, and I can feel an improvement in my lower back and hips. I just wanted them to get here faster!!! (Took about two weeks).

One of things I truly love about this company that is so different from ANY OTHER COMPANY is that they want you to e-mail them with issues. They get BACK TO YOU FAST. I don't see that with any other company. That alone is a big plus. With that kind of support there is nothing more positive I can say about the staff. They are excellent. Now the product, i would not buy "Barefoot Shoes" if I did not truly like them. My roommate gave me a pair to try, and I have worn them almost exclusively since then. I have a chronic medical condition that affects my balance. These barefoot shoes help me feel the floor, so my balance has improved greatly. I have just purchased my third pair of "Barefoot Shoes" and I can't wait for my first and second pair to come. I am waiting for one more pair to be restocked. Then there are two pair I want to buy. I slowly want to replace my regular shoes with "Barefoot Shoes" Take my word for it, if you like walking barefoot you will love these shoes. If you never really tried walking barefoot like me, you will love these shoes. Mary Wiegers

I have lower back pain, and regular shoes hurt my back, but peak footwear lessens the pain significantly. I have 4 pairs and have recently ordered two more as there is a great variety of colors.

At first they had the wrong address, but through their messages we were able to correct it and finally my exercise shoes arrived.

I already have 2 pair they are so comfortable I wear them all day. Love these shoes

I just love these shoes. After hip surgery I find it difficult to walk and these shoes make all the difference in the world. Thank you!

I kept getting emails saying my order will be delivered by a certain date. Never happened. Then I get a email saying it had been delivered. Not to my house. I was supposed to buy 2 get 1 free. I was charged for the third one. Then the third one is the same color as one that I ordered. You could of at least sent a different color. I will never order anything else from you. And I will tell anyone that ask me, don't buy from you. Don't waste your time sending me a code to buy anything else from you.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but these are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Definitely buying more!

I am a hospital nurse on my feet for 12 hour shifts. I have low arches so for the past several years I have had to wear expensive inserts in my shoes just to not have heel pain within hours of starting my shifts. I would go home with cramping in my toes and restless legs. For 2 weeks I have been wearing my Zoltax barefoot shoes and have had no pain, no cramping and no restless legs. I now have 3 pair and ordered another one. I bought a pair for my daughter and my husband. At least 3 coworkers have now ordered them. I can’t say enough about them!

Bought a pair of shoes two months ago after about three weeks I kept in touch with them on where my shoes were. They sent me a tracking number. My shoes were stuck in the same place for almost a month and a half. They are not located in the United States. I asked for a refund they told me to wait. I asked for a refund again. They told me to wait. I finally did a chargeback with my bank and receive my money back here. It is two months and I still haven’t received the shoes.

I was a little Leary when my order was taking so long because I’ve been scammed before. So when I asked for a refund because it was taking so long, they complied and refunded my money. The day I got the refund I received my shoes and I loved them. I felt so bad. I asked to make it right, but they said it was okay and even gave me a coupon for my next purchase.
