I have very sensitive skin, and the bottoms of my feet are also extremely sensitive. I was very skeptical about the shoes when I saw them because they looked too thin to be useful. However, I was very surprised at how comfortable they were, and there was no pain on the bottom of my feet when I walked. The only issue I had was with the long tongue of the shoes. With the way I walk, I cause the tongue to slide annoyingly to the side. As for the shoes, they are great!

I had a question after I placed my order and Abby responded, acknowledging receipt of my email and that she would look into my concern for, hopefully, a resolution to my liking. She kept me posted on her research and in less than a few days, my concern was resolved to my liking. Customer service is very important to me. Abby at Peak-Footwear didn’t drop the ball or make promises that couldn’t/wouldn’t be kept. Thank you Abby and Peak-Footwear!

Shout out to excellent customer service. Lyza was especially kind & courteous to an old lady who isn't good with computers. I made a mistake & she was so kind to correct my order & give me a refund even though it was my fault. Love the shoes too.

ABBY was my customer service representative. Responses were quick and resolution fair. There were many reviews saying returns had to be sent at customers expense to China, however, that was not my experience. I received a replacement with little hassle and very promptly.

I have asked Maddie's expertise for several different items (correct size to order as I have a 6.5 shoe size, how to clean the shoes when dirty & other useful information).Each time the response has been quick, suggestions thoughtful & extremely helpful regarding my new shoes from Peak. I have since ordered another pair of shoes from Peak for wear during the fall & winter. I look forward to the same service again, should I need it. Maddie has been VERY helpful & the rapid response has been greatly appreciated. I have never gotten such quick & helpful responses from other companies as I have from Maddie.

My shoes are great. They give me the support I need. My ankles feel better and my knees feel better. I love my shoes.

Edward was extremely helpful in getting my return order traced and replaced with the proper size. We had been waiting since April. I do not recommend returns but if you must, request Edward. All issues were resolved in less than a week.

Well the shoes were Too Big and it was the smallest size so I wanted to return and get my $70.00 back. Well I have to return to CHINA AT MY COST...OR A 30% DISCOUNT ON ANOTHER PAIR THEY DO NOT HAVE SMALLER SIZE. WHAT A JOKE WILL NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE.

I was unable to find my shipping information and reached out to customer support. Edward responded very quickly even though it was a weekend and provided the information to help me track my order. He included the links for tracking as well. Very much appreciated.

I love the feel of the shoes, it's like not having anything on your feet. However, because of my weight getting them on is a bit difficult and tightening them more so. My biggest issue is the fact that my R foot hurts after I wear them, again it could be my weight.

A friend told me about these shoes. Live how they look and how light they are. They fit great and I can wear them all day with no foot pain. Thanks for such a great product. I plan on ordering two more pairs.

There customer service is great. Anytime I've needed help they get right back to me with answers and if need be explanations.

I absolutely love the barefoot shoes., can walk now without pain in my back or sides of my hips. I wear them all the time. I’ve told everyone I know about these wonderful shoes.
