Absolutely love these shoes. No more pain when walking. Feels great.

EDWARD, with customer service, was courteous, very helpful in explaining the options about returning or exchanging the shoes, and about sizing. He replied to my emails promptly. If you need to return the shoes, the customer pays shipping to China, which is quite expensive.

These shoes are best I have ever but on my feet. I have rheumatoid in my feet and these make my feet feel wonderful. I recommend it to everyone.

They are so comfy and lightweight! I wear them indoors and out, and they feel amazing on my feet.

I had an issue with not understanding why my tracker showed it ready for delivery, but it wasn’t moving. When I got through to customer service I was pleased with how polite and helpful they were. They explained everything. I got my shoes and l love them! They really make a difference!

Edward was very fair in explaining the situation about the problem I have with a pair of mis-sized Cloudies. I really like the shoes. That’s why I ordered them. Edward is helping me replace the pair that do not fit, again a fair proposal.

These shoes are awesome, I work on a cement floor & b4 these shoes my back would just kill me , now I can work 12 hours wearing these shoes & NO back pain, yay!!!

I absolutely LOVE these shoes!! I lived in flip-flops cuz I hate having shoes on my feet. So I ordered a pair because I thought they were cute. (I’m a shoe freak & I DON’T wear ugly shoes) Oh my gosh they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. I ordered 3 more pair for myself & now I’m ordering them for friends & family!! (Yup, I’m a generous person & I want EVERYBODY I know to try them) I’ve ordered 8 pairs so far. I was sceptical at 1st because I'm very tender footed. But they are great! I bought 3 pair. I'm 55yrs old & I'm diabetic & have arthritis in my knee & after wearing them for 2 days my knee didn't bother me going down stairs. The girls I work with are wanting some now! I really love mine. So thank you for great shoes!!

I ordered the Peak shoes during the BOGO sale. I inadvertently ordered the second pair in the wrong. I contacted Peak and allowed me to skip the hassle of returning the one pair. They offered a 30% discount on my next order Edward was very helpful in this process. Thank you
