This was the absolute worst transaction I’ve ever had in my life. Bought these for a friend because she doesn’t know how to use the Internet and it was miserable from the start took them three weeks to get here from California, but then when I needed to return them, I had to to return them to China. They have no 800 number no one gets back to you until three days later when you threaten them and I will tell everybody and anybody who is willing to listen and even if they’re not not to trust this company. It has been an uphill battle just to get a refund for shoes that came in a dirty plastic bag. They told me to return them the way they were shipped, But I had to put them in a box and send them all the way to china. Horrible service horrible product!

Abby was great in fixing a situation where the shoes didn’t fit. I still am u happy with having to pay to send the shoes back to China, which costs a fortune. But she at least gave me 50% off another pair, since I’m not returning the 1st ones. Thanks, Abby!

I would like to give a lot of credit to Lyza. She was so much help. It was a month and over and I had not received my shoes I had ordered. I thought the company was a scam and thought I just lost my money. Lyza assured me it was not and she would look into where my shoes were. I had checked and saw they had passed through customs in Chicago. She done a great job. I received my 2 pairs of shoes yesterday and love them. They are so comfortable. I ordered another pair yesterday out of the winter collection. Hopefully these will come sooner. Again Lyza needs a lot of credit. Willa Harvey

Very comfortable, almost like being barefooted without the pain of walking on gravel. The splayed toes even help my balance, being of a certain age. Only thing is they're a bit harder to put on than some. The date I gave below is erroneous. I wear 'em every day. Positive review.
