I needed to return shoes I ordered because they were too small. I received a quick responsefrom, Edward, on how to return the shoes for a refund, providing intructions on ordering the correct size in the future. I was also offered a generous discount voucher with the option of keeping the shoes I ordered previously. I was a little taken aback to be asked to complete this survery before receiving the discount voucher.

The shoes are comfortable and look great! I feel confident when wearing!

After five emails back & forth with Customer Service, explaining that I had high hopes that their sneakers would help me because I have a disability and problem with my balance & gait, I was informed I could return he sneakers to CHINA and have to pay myself, but biggest insult was offering me a 30% discount on a future order!!!!! How arrogant and stupid of them!

I work long shifts, and while they’re comfy, standing on cement all day can still be tough. Great for shorter wear, though.

The first pair I ordered the wrong size, so I gave them to my granddaughter. She loves them! The second and third pairs I ordered for my daughter and myself. We love them! So comfortable I forget I have them on!

Get a email from you to order. In my email it says order 3 pair and pay for 2. I do that yet it charges me for 3. What am I doing wrong?? Let me know Thanks

These shoes are amazing! I bought them for myself and my mom. We both love how comfortable they are.

First order never arrived. No response to my email regarding the problem. Second order - received it but the sizing is way too big, although I ordered my correct size. No instructions on returns. I'm hoping that I will finally get something of use. Otherwise, I have to view this as a big waste of money.

Maddie was a fantastic agent. She worked with me to fix a shipping issue. She was so professional and courteous. Her excellent attention to detail left me feeling as if what I needed was important to her. She solved my problem smoothly & with great service. These are the best shoes! I just ordered 4 more like walking on a cloud. Have not fallen once and as a 72yo Veteran and senior citizen I’m so happy. I will definitely shout this out and tell all my family and friends!!!! Thank you I can know get rid of all my other shoes! You are the best company and customer service ROCKS!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Purchase shoes on June 9 2025 hear it is July a ND never got them ask for refund on my money and they said i have to refuse package i've never got the package

These are the best shoes. It takes a day to get used to them but then they are all you will want to wear. My husband was hesitant at first but he loves them now.

I've tried to contact the company so I can return the shoes but just got a runaround. The shoes have absolutely no support and are very uncomfortable. I work as a server and my feet hurt more than any other shoes I've tried. Don't buy them and don't trust the company to give a response

I was very skeptical about purchasing these as I don’t always make good decisions ordering. These have become my favorite go to shoes/sneakers & often sandals! They wash up beautifully & I am even trying to get others to give them a try!!!

Shoes are great. Plus your prices are better then other brands. However, some other brands have different colors and styles. Would like to see this with Peak footwear.

Lightweight, stylish, and super comfy.

I really LOVE the Lorax Pro Barefoot shoes. (Somehow I have ordered 5 pairs:) I have received 2 pairs and I am anxiously waiting for the Green & White pair. They were the first ones I wanted to get but......, they went fast. I am a senior walker who walks 10,000 steps a day but I have been doing so much more since getting these shoes. THEY ARE ADDICTING:)
