PBS International Freight Reviews

Many thanks to the PBS team who dealt with my recent freight arrival into LHR. From the moment I made the initial call, the PBS team (led by Jason in this instance) gave clear instructions for what I needed to do and how much it would cost in order to receive my cargo. The communications throughout were very clear and Jason even called once the cargo was delivered to make sure it had all gone smoothly. Would no doubt recommend to others looking for helping in this area. Thank you very much.

We had a package sent to London, and the amazing PBS team handled everything professionally with just a phone call. Our item was delivered to our doorstep exactly at the time they promised. The staff were excellent, especially Mr. Michael Williams, who was truly professional. We were extremely satisfied.

Lucy was extremely helpful and on a Sunday. response was fast and needs met within a few hours. I was very grateful for the help. would highly recommend

Nickol did an amazing job arranging the transportation of house contents from the south of France to the UK, quickly, efficiently and effectively. Her organisation and communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommended.

I have been using PBS for a few customs clearances. Their support is impeccable. They give clear timelines. They follow up with various stakeholders. They have good insights into the whole supply chain. Highly trustable partner. I will recommend them and use them again.

James Lemon and the team did a fantastic job helping me ship a last minute package to Mauritius on Emirates cargo. Contacted with <24 hours to fly. and though only 5 bags personal, i felt like i was a tier 1 client for a major shipment. Great great service and all was taken care of through pick up, customs, updates and final delivery. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for the peace of mind during this move. Huge. Best regards, Patrick

Moved from South Africa to the UK. South African agents was useless but Steve at PBS absolutely a lifesaver. He handle my paperwork, goods and everything else with care. PBS is professional and friendly. Been only a pleasure working with them.

I had a very solid experience using Lucy from PBS to help my dog from Hong Kong clear UK customs. She responded to all my queries promptly (I didn't have an agent HK side and I've never imported a dog before) and helped me get Mangos papers pre approved. As a result we only waited 2hrs for our dog to get through ARC, and she was in spirits on reunion. Thanks PBS.

Used PBS to send my goods to Dallas , Very Friendly person that helped goods arrived two days sooner thank expected , professional and courteous service. Very happy! will use again and recommend to others

Absolutely awful. Hardly any communication, I had to constantly chase them to find out where my things were being shipped over. I was told it would be loaded on a ship on the 14th January. I ended up calling from New Zealand as I had already moved on February 5th to ask for the paperwork as I had received nothing. They had said yes its on its way and gradually gave me the shipping documents. But when I got the call from the freight agent in NZ my things were loaded onto another ship which set sail on 15th February!!! Then I had the huge shipping port costs that they didn't explain or gave me any option that I could of paid in the UK. They haven't given me any piece of mind... Jordan was my agent... Do not use them!
