Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Hardly any communication, I had to constantly chase them to find out where my things were being shipped over. I was told it would be loaded on a ship on the 14th January. I ended up calling from New Zealand as I had already moved on February 5th to ask for the paperwork as I had received nothing. They had said yes its on its way and gradually gave me the shipping documents. But when I got the call from the freight agent in NZ my things were loaded onto another ship which set sail on 15th February!!! Then I had the huge shipping port costs that they didn't explain or gave me any option that I could of paid in the UK. They haven't given me any piece of mind... Jordan was my agent... Do not use them!
