Extremely helpful service with even more helpful staff. I was a nervous wreck as the flights got closer this year as it sounded to good to be true. But everything went well. We left the day after the big internet outage in NSW, Australia which caused several flight cancellations and delays but they managed to get us on one the same day as we initially booked. Here we are booking again for a 2nd trip to the USA. Thank You guys
Iv just booked my second trip with paylater travel, great prices, easy process, I had some issues with my last trip due to a weather alert and cancelled flights but the customers service was great that I received and she was really helpfully which made it less stressful to deal with. I will be booking more trips in future and highly recommend this company.
