It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

I have been with Paul Meakins, the letting agents, for a number of years. Letting is a stressful experience for all concerned but I am pleased with the support and assistance that I have received. They have plenty of experience in these matters. Never let without adequate insurance and keep an list of active and reliable plumbers and electricians.

We were very happy with the service we received from Emma Charlotte and the team at their Mitchley Avenue branch. It felt to us like ours was a very long and complicated chain that caused much uncertainty for us and the team, but Emma and charlotte were very good at moving things on in a diplomatic manner when needed. Highly recommended, will use again.
