Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Highly recommended! Although I’m a first time buyer, I have worked with numerous estate agents for viewings and the buying process for another property that fell through. As a comparison, my experience with Paul Meakin Estate Agents - from arranging a viewing through to completion - was outstanding and the best by far. A special thank you to Charlotte Sutton, who was really helpful, kept me updated throughout the process, and an absolute pleasure to work with! I have only worked with Paul Meakin to buy a property. However, based on my experience, I have no doubt they would provide the same high quality service for selling a property too. I’ll be getting in touch if I’m looking to sell in the future.

First time house buyer
My boyfriend and I recently bought our first house through Paul Meakin in Selsdon. We'd actually put an offer on a house which later fell through, however the team were very transparent with us and also gave information on a new house about to reenter the market which we loved. We liaised with Sam and Gill predominantly who were happy to answer all our (many) queries and were quick to contact us with updates. Although I can't comment in terms of selling, I'd highly recommend using this estate agent for purchases and am sure they're equally as good when selling.
