Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Couldnt recommend them more!
We both sold and bought with Paul Meakin and they were superb throughout. They valued our flat alot higher than Bristow Eves and it went for much more than we were expecting which was a wonderful sight, and to the first viewers! They were so quick and understanding about the need to arrange viewings around our daughters bedtimes which took the stress away. We happened to buy a property they were selling as well and again the process was so smooth. We completed during the pandemic and after everything being paused due to the lockdown Gill who is the sales progressor was absolutely crucial in making sure everything went through when we needed it too. I couldn't recommend them more and if we do ever move again, we will certainly look to use them.

Emma and the team at Sanderstead were amazing, selling our property and liaising with the estate agents within our chain. The communication was excellent and it was good to know that they were only at the end of the phone if we needed them. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable and pro-active
I recently worked with Paul Meakin Estate Agents on the sale of a property by auction and from the get go, found them to be helpful, pro-active, friendly and professional - they went out of their way to collect keys for the property and worked with me throughout the process resulting in a successful sale and a very happy client so looking forward to working with Sam, Amy and the team again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service
Could not fault the service we have received from Sam and the girls. We sold our house once and it all fell through after 3 months but within less than 2 weeks they sold it again. Kept us informed throughout and now we are moving next week! Highly recommend Paul Meakin.
