Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Paul Meakin were a fantastic agent and it was a simple and smooth process purchasing my property through them. The staff at Paul Meakin are friendly and extremely genuine in wanting to find you the right property; both Gill and Amy were a pleasure to deal with and were always readily available to assist in any way. Would fully recommend this estate agent, as they were a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. We were buying a property which Paul Meakin were managing. It was a long 5 link chain, that commenced right before Covid-19. Needless to say this caused a lot of uncertainty, and the chain moved slowly due to solicitors, estate agents etc closing. Emma kept it moving throughout, chasing the entire chain (not only her own links) and kept us informed Throughout. I genuinely think if it wasn’t for her the chain would have collapsed. Thank you so much for everything, we are so pleased to finally be in our new home

Fantastic service during difficult times
Emma Meakin was fantastic at keeping us updated on our purchase and pushing the entire chain along. During March and April our estate agent closed and were uncontactable for long periods. Emma was able to keep the chain together and ensure we eventually got through to exchange and then completion. If was a pleasure to deal with her and the rest of the team and I wouldn't hesitant to recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents.

I would like to say that having experienced the service of 3 different estate agencies, Paul Meakin is by far the best providing excellent customer service. I would like to say a special thanks to Sam who accommodated all our requests despite being really busy and was always there to answer any questions. I would also like to say thanks to Gill who progressed our sale and purchase to ensure our proposed completion date was possible. Thanks also to Amy and Natalie who answered all our questions regarding the property I purchased an ensured they followed up promptly with answers to questions which they needed to get clarity on. Paul Meakin have been outstanding in helping us sell our home and buy a new home nearby. Having been in a 3 way chain was hard enough, however Paul Meakin have been great all the way and they have been very accommodating to all our requests without any issues.
