Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Very helpful and great to work with…
Very helpful and great to work with during the covid outbreak. They ensured I had a smooth transaction and was readily available to answer my queries as a first time buyer. Very easy to contact, me and Emma used Whatsapp to discuss the house purchase. So there was no need to phone them for important queries which is preference of mine. Highly recommended if you plan to buy from them. In most cases they gave me updates quicker than my solicitor which was appreciated as Covid delayed the process.

Brilliant experience
I Have to say I didn't have a lot of good things to say about estate agents . But my experience with Paul Meakin. Was Brilliant especially Sam and Gill . Gill was my main contact , And without her driving almost everything I would most probably of had some sort of breakdown.... So again thank you Gill. Excellent estate agents
A very personal, friendly and relaxed but professional and efficient service from Paul Meakin Estate Agents. I would highly recommend them. We are very grateful for all the help and advice we received from Emma and Charlotte. The house was sold very quickly even during tough post covid-19 circumstances.

Very impressed with the service and attention to detail. Great communication during sale and always felt in good / safe hands. How refreshing to do business with such a professional and yet friendly group of people. I mainly dealt with Gill, Amy and Sam but all the team were fantastic in what was an extremely complex and time consuming process.
