Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

I cannot speak more highly of Paul Meakin as an estate agent-they rang me every step of the way to update me and they were always so helpful when I needed some advice. There is always someone at the end of a phone to answer any questions you may have. I know you can find cheaper estate agents out there but you definitely get what you pay for in this circumstance. Amy especially was very helpful throughout the whole process. But the whole team were excellent. Highly recommend them.

Emma and the team are absolutely fantastic I have bought and sold two houses through them now and couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are so supportive throughout the whole process, always contactable and very reassuring. Their knowledge of the local area and property market is outstanding they knew exactly what to price my properties at and selected the best buyers so the whole chain was as smooth as possible. Selling during lockdown
Can not speak highly enough of the service that the team at Paul Meakins have provided. Over an almost two year period they have provided support and encouragement alongside a completely professional service during an unduly difficult sale. They always responded to phone calls or emails immediately where possible or within hours if not. After lockdown was imposed 24 hours before completion we lost a buyer without any warning. They worked through the lock down finding another buyer and then supervised the transaction through what I suspect was more than it’s fair share of stressful moments. Most of our dealings were with Sam, Natalie and Gill but every member of the team was professional and supportive.
