It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !
Very good service. Helpful during the purchase of a flat in Selsdon.
Once again Paul Meakin hit it out the park! Allison was a massive help and always there if needed..through phone or email! Couldn’t praise her enough!

Paul Meakin recently handled the sale of my property. They are an excellent company: professional, efficient and responsive. By using this Agency, clients receive a personal and empathetic service. My thanks to Emma and her team (great service also from Gill and Charlotte). I really recommend this Agency to anyone thinking of selling or buying property in the area.

Bought and now sold my property through Paul Meakin. When I put the house on the market, I immediately chose Paul Meakin. The reason was because I was so impressed with the helpful and honest communication when I bought those several years before. I'm so happy I did. Whilst some new faces, I could count on the help, guidance and communication to be first class and reliable. You're left feeling they have your back at one of life's important times.

All the team at Paul Meakin have been wonderful. They are incredibly friendly, professional and truly care about their clients. Throughout buying our first home we were very well looked after by the team who always had time for us and were more than willing to support us through any hick-ups throughout the buying process. We would like to extend a special thanks to Gill and Emma who worked really hard to make this purchase happen for us and always responded promptly to all of our requests and enquiries, often going above and beyond. We so appreciate this and it has made our buying experience feel really positive even when complications arose. Paul Meakin honestly are an excellent example of what an estate agents should be like and we will definitely recommend them in future! Thanks again everyone!

A very personal service. Initially good marketing with knowledge of client base. Good communication between all parties Happy to check empty house on a regular basis which gave reassurance to us when we were geographically some distance from the house. Delighted with the service we have received and it all started with a probate valuation.

Dealing with the sale of a family home when your parent's have passed away is never going to be easy. Sam, Gill, Natalie and the team in Selsdon have been brilliant from first instruction, counselling on market and subsequently assisting throughout the purchase with access as our remaining family don't live in the area now. Altogether a great experience which made the process easier to deal with.

I reached out to Paul Meakin to set up viewings on two properties on the Inglewood estate, one directly after another. The Agent that was to show me around (Amy) was switched at the last minute and her stand in (Amelia) running late, which PM did call to tell me about, but only 10 minutes after the appointment time and after I had already been in the first property and been shown around by the owner. When Amelia arrived, she didn't actually know where the second property was located on the estate which led to us walking around in heavy rain to find it. I should say, none of this was necessarily Amy's fault, and she was extremely lovely and apologetic, but it didn't come across as entirely professional and was somewhat frustrating. After viewing the second property, I decided to put an offer in. It took the seller a week to accept this offer, during which time both Amy and Sam were in clear and regular contact with me to update me on the situation. This is where all communication stopped, though. My offer was accepted on 7th July and this was the last I heard from the branch without my reaching out first. I know that the stamp duty announcement on July 8th threw everything in the industry into chaos so I am inclined to be more forgiving of this but when I contacted them on the 14th August and again on the 30th September as we came across hurdles in the process, responses were prompt and friendly but not entirely accurate and generally promising to look into things with no follow up. Then, in mid-October, I started to be emailed daily, pressuring me and forcing me into actions on things where we were actually still awaiting responses from the seller. I know that this pressure was coming from the seller and the onward chain, but this was somewhat unreasonable given that the seller was the one holding things up. All in all, I found the people themselves to be lovely and polite but not the most helpful under a frustrating purchase.
