Serdecznie polecam, bardzo szeroka oferta samochodów, bardzo dobry stan techniczny jak i wizualny pojazdów.

numero di riferimento:751119011.Per piacere faccio almeno 3 viaggi l'anno e prendo sempre l'auto a noleggio ma tutte queste problematiche che elencherò non mi erano mai capitate. Iniziamo dal dire che la Panek si sostituisce alle autorità e ti multa di 140euro se attraverso il gps dell'auto viene superato il limite massimo anche solo di 1km/h. Ho ricevuto un altro addebito di 20euro perchè ho consegnato l'auto fuori l'orario lavorativo... cosa che non era espressamente scritta nel contratto e per concludere la mia meravigliosa auto dopo appena un giorno segnava avaria motore non permettendomi di superare i 20km/h , per fortuna spegnendo e accendendo l'auto per qualche km tornava ad essere efficiente per poi tornare a non superare i 20km/h , ma che ansia !!!In aggiunta ho mandato 2 reclami sulla mail: reklamacje @panek.eu ma nemmeno si degnano di rispondere. MAI PIU' , ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA COMPAGNIA !!!

I do not recommend this company. Although the car I rented was in decent condition, the customer service was a complete disaster. I was repeatedly invoiced and charged for things I had already paid for. Worse, when I was in a life-threatening situation and tried to contact them, there was no response over the phone. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable company.

Zlodzieje !!! 500 zl za umycie auta, mimo ze juz przy odbiorze bylo zabrudzone. 5000 tys. za niby obite felgi ( man zdjecia potwierdzajace ze juz byly obite ), sciagleli sobie z karty kredytowej.

This company are scammers beware! Absolutely no information in English I had to sign terms & conditions that was 100 odd pages in Polish obviously had no idea what it said to get car, fined me 600pln £121 for going 30kph over speed limit, its there own slow GPS tracker in the car, not speed camera or police, lots of roadworks and 20/30/40 kph roads traffic flowing faster, even the slip road to enter motorway you can't accelerate to join because GPS says 40 trying to join 110kph motorway nightmare holding up traffic behind be to prevent further fines from this rubbish scam company, oh and don't bring back a dirty car 1 bird poop and that's another massive fine!

DON'T PANEK Panek is a scum company - stay away! We booked a car at Prague Airport, on return there was nobody to check the car, so we delivered the keys in reception, and took some pictures of the car. No scratches or other damages were visible in the car. They charged us 700 euros for damages (small scratches they never checked in our presence) A cleaning fee of €50 for the car never mentioned in any contract and they doubled with the exchange rate to 100€ (CZK 2500). (Fortunately we could recover the damages fee through our insurance). They tried to take another €411 two months later, fortunately we had blocked the card having seen the comments in Trustpilot. We think Panek conduct is deliberately and systematically fraudulent. Stay away and if you dealt with them block your card!

Omijać szerokim Łukiem. O opłacie 500zl za umycie auta dowiedziałam się, kiedy wysłano mi notę obciążeniowa na koniec- złożyłam reklamację- cisza. Jakby tego było mało- właśnie ściągnęli mi 6000 zł z karty kredytowej -NIEAUTORYZOWANE- czyli UKRADLI mówiąc w prost- samochód wynajmowany we Wrocławiu- Transakcja Panek Szczecin - dobrze, że to z karty kredytowej- będę odzyskiwać pieniądze przez bank- Nigdy więcej !!

Forma PANEK to zlodzieje w bialych rekawiczkach !!!! Nie akceptuja Angielskich prawajazd a klientow maja bardzo duzo z Angli dlatego przymusowo trzeba wykupywac ubezpieczenie (150zl za dzien) wtedy wyporzycza ,no poprostu arcydzielo😩 Za nie umycie auta po zwrocie 500 zl kara Nie polecam tej firmy !!!!

Horrible experience. Rented car for 4 weeks returned in mint condition and they kept my money for 50 days £1200. I have to open case with my bank. Never again 😒 People in Lublin Airport are useless.

noleggio tramite vip cars. Al momento del check in 500 euro per lasciare l'auto in altro stato. Il prezzo non era esplicitato da nessuna parte. Al momento della riconsegna non c'era nessuno e mi sono stati addebitati due giorni dopo 103 euro extra per la pulizia. Con foto allegate di uno specchieto macchiato dalla pioggia e un po' di polvere sul sedile. Una truffa.Ho noleggiato la macchina svariate volte nel mondo, mai successa una cosa del genere.

Wymuszono żebym zapłaciła pełne ubezpieczenie. W połowie wynajmu zamieniono mi samochód bo ponoć "stary" miał ukończony przegląd techniczny (jakby tego nie wiedzieli przed wynajmem). "Nowy" samochód nie miał oleju w silniku i musiałam kupić 1 litr oleju - nadal czekam na zwrot 80 pln. Nie było zapasowego kola co jest według mnie nielegalne. Tylne światło nie działało czyli mogła mnie policja w każdej chwili zatrzymać. Nigdy więcej nie wynajmę w Panek !!!

I rent a car in Praha Panek and 2 days after the rent has done they have charged me 799.87 euros without explanation, or invoice or contact me. I try to contact them through their website, or phone number or whatsapp but they are simply ignoring me. So I have reported them at the police office aswell as I will report them in czech republic for my next trip next week. Also I informed my bank of the NON-Autorized payment from them, wich, is a real theft and I hope to get my money back. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY

I rented a car at Krakow airport. Overall, everything went pretty well, except for four issues: 1. There was trash in the car. 2. There was no windshield washer fluid. 3. I returned the car and it was inspected in my presence, but the reserved deposit has not been refunded. 4. I wrote them an email. The first time, customer service responded, saying the refund would be processed within two weeks. Nearly a month has passed, I contacted them again, but they haven’t replied.

This car rental is a scam Never try to book We were told that they will block our credit card for 8000 PLN which is around 2000 EUR for a deposit because we did an external insurance. Girl said you can another insurance with us and we only block you 300 euro. It didnt make sense as we already had an insurance with booking.com and we agreed the depozit. Noone accompined us to check the car, the girl said no damage on the car and told us if there is any scractch or damage pls take a foto. We took all the photo and video. We checked the car ineed there was no issue but only a small scartch on the back we already filmed it. We only used to car between the airport of Wroclaw until the city of Legnica, and vice verrsa. we didn even drive the car in the city as we left it at the hotels parking. On sunday around 16 we returned the car but noone was at the car delivery. We left the car on the parking and left the keys in the box as indicated.We filmed the car and took foto prooving for no damage Next day we received a bill of 1000 EUR of charge because there was a smash on top of the car, We sent the video that we took when we delivered the car, proving no damage, they told us the video was filmed 1 day before so not relevant.... and on top of that they charged us 120 euro because the car was dirty.... the car which we did not even use the car. We cleant carpets before we deliver it and it was raining all the day so how can we clean outide the car? if you want to keep your money do not use this crook and scam car rental. We try to reach out all the car rental providers such as Booking or car rental.com etc to cancel the contract with them because they try to charge the most of and scam you.

I booked a car with them and that was a terrible mistake. I returned a car in exactly same condition it was rented me. Car had many scratches since it was used for car sharing too. Then a week after I get debit note for 3000PLN for something that the person who rented the car finger showed me as an example of scratches... It is not possible to contact them. It is a fraud not a car rental

Very unfriendly staff at Panek Poznan Airport. I booked a car with manual transmission and they gave me a car with automatic transmission with no prior communication and no choice! The car was completely covered with their advertising stickers. And they charged me 80 EUROS from my credit card after the return with no explanation! After my repeated complaints, they said the car was dirty because there were some insects on the plate and some dust on the windscreen! 80 EUROS to clean it??? Very bad experience, very bad service.

Auto zwrócone o 4 rano, sprawdzone około godziny 14 i została naliczona opłata za sprzątanie bo auto było pokryte odchodami ptasimi. Nie ma możliwości uchronić auta jeśli auto stało na odkrytym parkingu pod lotniskiem. Złożona reklamacja na którą wciąż nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi. Nie polecam
