Booked a collection. Was given a 2 hour expected collection time. Was in my garage getting it ready for collection. They rung my doorbell and 60 seconds later left. It takes me that to walk from my garage. After speaking to paisley freight the supervisor is rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend

I recently sent two bikes with them via their courier partner. I couldn't believe the damage that was inflicted to both bikes on separate occasions. I seen photos of the damage and I must admit it was shocking. The bikes where properly packed up in bike boxes with internal wrapping for more protection. I have sent bikes in the past with no problems until now. Both of these bikes where practically brand new as well. One of the pictures it looked like the box had been run over by a lorry? That was bad enough but what was really terrible was the lack of support and negative responses from them about trying to resolve this or indeed make a farcical claim through their so called insurance, it looked liked you had a form to fill in that asked everything from you which wasn't really all that relevant in my mind? My feeling is that this was to put you off claiming (maximum £100)? Anyway shocking service from them recently and would never use them again.

I would never use this company again. I had adequately packaged my car spoiler in bubble wrap, brown tape, and inserted into a cardbaord box. The reciever had sent me a photo of this spoiler broken. This shoudnt happen. I am meant to be trusting this company to transport something that I cant. I would NOT recommend this company and I will NOT be using them again. Im awaiting a reposnse to get my money back. Disgusting.
Couldn’t be more impressed with this service. Very easy to book and my parcel travel over 300 miles in 16 hours. I had no idea I’d have next day delivery so I am very happy!
Excellent service. Paisley did exactly what they said they would do. An entirely easy transaction from start to finish. It would have been amazing if the pick up time could have been narrowed from an 8am to 6pm window but that is a small gripe. Overall it was great.
Absolutely great service from start to finish would totally RECOMMEND 110% and always use in the future for all bulky or heavy items . The only 1 thing that I feel might make this service even better is if you could do an ...am or pm time slot for collection or delivery....
Yet another superb service from PaisleyFreight. I've used these guys often for bike deliveries and they're always on point. Also great to deal with if you have any issues. Phoning them direct is easy and the guys are as helpful as I've ever experienced. Keep it up guys, always my first choice for bulky items.
I have an on going issue with my item as it was delivered to the wrong address and person. Talked to their rep on the phone but cant make a complaint since I am not the sender. How can they mistakenly handed it over to different person when they got my number to confirm and complete address with postcode to make sure they got the right recipient of the item. Absolutely bad service!
I used PaisleyFreight to courier a pushbike (boxed) all the way from Southampton to Edinburgh. Total success, 24-hour turnaround door-to-door, fantastic value-for-money. I've used them before. Simple and straight-forward. Strongly recommended.
