Austria Grand Prix was a wonderful weekend again!
Only the tickets I bought was at the grandstand first row! I would not do that again. My son couldn’t see much behind the fence and a tractor blocked our view.
It was an disappointment.
It’s a lot of money for two tickets, but they are not word it on the first row.
Last year we where on the redbull F sector, you can see 70% of the track for only €295 per ticket. Then you can enjoy your race.
The team made our trip so easy! Going to a game was a dream for our kids and every element felt perfect. The pregame meal with a magician was easy and delicious! And then our seats simply blew us away! So thankful!

Ik ben naar PSV-JUVENTUS geweest, het was een geweldige wedstrijd en alles was goed geregeld. Alleen het was redelijk duur, maar dat is dan ook het enige verbeter punt.
I got tickets for AC Milan Vs Hellas Verona, they were quick to respond to my many questions via email, tickets arrived 24hrs before and no issues with them. Would recommend and will be using again!
Couldn’t fault the service at all. Made a last minute decision whilst on holiday in Porto to go and watch Braga. Had a look on the Braga site which was proving a pain due to not being Portuguese residents. After a few attempts I was going to give up until I spotted P1 travel. Had the tickets purchased within 5 minutes and even though it was short notice tickets landed in my inbox within about 20 minutes. No issues getting in the ground with them and would definitely use again for future football trips abroad.
I booked 2 ticket’s from them, so I booked a hotel then the next day they email to say they have cancelled my tickets with no explanation and no offer of a refund. When I tried to ring them the automated said the office was closed, it was 4pm. I await an email reply. Online it says you can ring between 9-5pm. The hotel I’ve booked, I can’t cancel without losing my money. Fuming, unnecessary stress
Absolutely disgraceful service from you guys last night. I went to Crystal Palace vs Villa and my ticket wouldn't scan at entry. I logged on to your website to access the live chat and ask for a real person, only to be told there was no one and to send an email. The number I found on google for your support didn't even ring and said 'this number cannot be recognised'.
I then had a long queue at the ticket office where they were very sceptical of my order, but eventually were able to print me a ticket.
Further to this, once inside the stadium, someone came along with the very same ticket as me and requested that I move. I showed them my printed ticket from the ticket office, and they eventually relented and sat in the row immediately in front of me.
I would have grave concerns using P1 Travel again, and will be advising anyone who considers using your service to go elsewhere and find another ticket provider.
ABSOLUTE SHITSHOW. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
Edit: As they requested, I have given my suggestions by email regarding what could be done to prevent issues like this arising in the future, and eagerly await their response.
